Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is A Perfect And Great Way To Visualize.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid enables seamless collaboration and supports creative problem solving. It has been transformational in the way we work with many different people in different locations. It is really easy to use, relatively low cost and the free version works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite really shines at helping us visualize complex workflows and dependencies. I don't have anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a solid and excellent tool overall. It makes it simple to visualize ideas using templates and drag and drop, and it's great for collaborating and sharing. When we need to do information presentation and brainstorming, Lucid comes in easy and flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid quite a lot, it's a great and a very interesting tool to design workflows and organize retrospective meetings. It's very practical for visual collaboration and brainstorming, and I like how it allows ideas to flow freely without forcing a rigid structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid has always been a fantastic tool for brainstorming. I had a few issues but they were resolved by their customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Lucid because it includes features like a built-in timer and a 'bring to me' function to force all participants to follow what you are presenting. Overall, we have had a very positive experience with Lucid and plan on continuing to use it.
Excellent Shapes and Connectors for Process Mapping and Data Pipeline Creation
What do you like best about the product?
Describing a process with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is straightforward since it lets me build all the steps of the process using shapes, lines and connectors. I like the many template options that help in designing flowcharts in a unique way which is otherwise not possible with other similar tools I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has a limited feature set so we had to move to the paid version and documentation has some scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps create workflow diagrams to visualize project phases and dependencies illustrating how tasks are sequenced so that the leadership can track progress easily. Data flow diagrams include elements like data sources, databases, and reports showing how they are all connected and providing clear visibility into how project data is handled.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the variety of diagrams that I can make in a simple way, among them, organizational charts, process diagrams, and data flow charts. Its been a great tool for explaining company processes to a group of people and I like that it never fails to impress how easy it is to document a flow in an easy to understand format.
What do you dislike about the product?
No part of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that negatively affects its use, it is always my first choice for all my flowcharting activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create a lot of swimlane diagrams to clarify responsibilities across teams and supporting them with organizational charts mapping our leadership structure and reporting lines to better clarify communication pathways.
Creating Flowcharts Very Quickly to Make a Clear and More Illustrative Procedure Presentation
What do you like best about the product?
I have always enjoyed using Lucidchart as it does what I expect of a diagramming tool. It is easy to use with intuitive drag and drop for all shapes and icons, plus a bunch of enhanced customization features to create flowcharts that fit in every project, assignment or report that requires drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am totally happy with Lucidchart and I didn’t get anything wrong with it to mention here.

Lucidchart is really a handy tool for creating network micro-segmentation flowcharts detailing application dependency mappings and diagramming security policy enforcement steps that guides all architects to ensure precise implementation of our zero-trust principles.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid VCS is a full and functional Suite to create workflows, processes and to map network segments in many ways. I like all the possible design and customization that makes it very easy to create a diagram to track or explain a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found much flaws in Lucid VCS, however I would like it to support more custom plugins to interface with more external apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid VCS helps me create different workflow diagrams for various departments but mainly in my department it helps create Attack Path Diagrams that visually display all network layers for penetration testing.

Now that I upgraded to a Custom bundle tier, I hardly face limitations we used to in the individual plans.

UI/UX is clean, very nice style and custom models make the app user friendly

Too much stuff behind payement is very limitating
