The Most Valuable in Structuring Company Reporting Lines and Communication Pathways Through Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of LVCS are the visual icons, arrows and connectors that I can drag and drop into the canvas to design my flow charts easily. I usually draw organizational charts and sequence diagrams for organization and there are so many template options available for each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-arrange feature sometimes does not correctly align the diagram objects and I a have to adjust them to connect to where I want them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Administrative Assistant I a have created multiple company hierarchy charts with LVCS that represent the chain of command across the organization and help new hires identify points of contact efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a wide variety of diagrams templates as well as hundreds of different shapes to prepare organizational structure charts and even advanced process maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using it for more than 3 years and in my opinion the feature set is great with no major issues experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Lucid Visual Collaboration to create Board Governance Structure Diagrams and use them to clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority across the board.
Supports Seamless, High Quality Flowcharts Creating to Display Different Network Segments
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart does diagramming very well and apparently can be used for a lot more that I was initially aware of because it is supported by Lucidspark in the Lucid VCS. It’s a straightforward tool with a clean and clear interface to accomplish professional diagram drawing with access to multiple elements and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never had any problems with using Lucidchart in fact it is my favorite tool to use when in need of a nice-looking diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to draw UML diagrams of software architecture and related information and the network segmentation diagrams visually divides our network into zones and shows how data flows between them.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite reliability and flexibility has greatly improved my ability to create process flow diagrams and other visualization charts. It is simple to start creating flowcharts and establishing swimlanes to clearly define the workflows in our cloud infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I add the connectors too early they start crossing over each other so I have to first move and position the boxes in the best spots before I start drawing the connectors.

The Continuous Deployment pipeline flowcharts that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me create supports clear mapping out of the steps involved in code integration, testing, and deployment and these flowcharts ensure we drive consistency in our software delivery.
Wide Icon Library and Templates Make IT Architecture and Data Flow Diagrams Easy to Design
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of wide variety of shapes and icons allows for faster creation of detailed diagrams without the fuss of trying to do things manually. The interface lets me select design templates to make the completion of my architecture diagrams easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with this platform it does what it is supposed to do and is stable, I always recommend it to all my IT peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite really comes in handy when I need to visually map out a process, IT architecture workflows or data flows for others to easily understand how data moves between different systems and quickly follow along.
Excellent for Diagram Building and Visual Workflow Depiction
What do you like best about the product?
Business process mapping, swimlanes, network diagrams and so on are all so easy to create with this versatile tool. Most of the icons for labelling network connections are available and there are some very useful templates to help with creating my visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to see a con in this tool to be honest since its fast and reliable in all diagram building tasks.

Lucidchart enables me to create UML diagrams and also Data Flow diagrams that represent application processes and assist in security gap assessments by our security team

It is really intuitive to use and has so many fantastic features that makes collaboration and brainstorming a breeze. The variety of templates and the ability to work in real-time with a team makes it a great and perfect tool for any creative project. I like that we can edit everything, write things or leave comments.

I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 7 years and i haven't yet encountered any challenge.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been helpful in creating templates for landing pages as well as outlining our overall structure for how we want our marketing inbound workflows to work. The interface is user-friendly, and the wide range of templates makes it very easy to get started.

Overall, Lucid is a good diagramming tool, and it's my go-to platform which I enjoy working on and using to collaborate with coworkers. The digital whiteboard is very intuitive, which makes brainstorming and organizing ideas a breeze.
