What do you like best about the product?
Creating visual project docs such as construction design diagrams and floor plans with LVCS (L.chart) is what I ❤️ most ‘bout this Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
No video feature, No problem - I embed videos via Loom integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual collaboration with architects and engineers.
Robust Built-in Icons and Lines that Enable Creation of Very Clear Data Flow Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty simple to use and I like the drag and drop feature and the templates are really useful as well to get started in creating data flow diagrams illustrating the connection between different activities and giving a clear visual of how data moves from one system to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to show a link between two different shapes, sometimes the arrow would do its own thing and link to somewhere random.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data flow diagrams map out how invoice data flows from our procurement systems to the general ledger using arrows and I have also created audit trail diagrams that maps transaction histories to support internal audits.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides multiple symbols and objects as built-ins which I utilize most when designing workflows. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a complete lifesaver in developing process charts really quickly and mapping data flow routes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much that I dislike about this platform, the features are very useful, no learning curve and its very fast in navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build charts to show relationships between our organization’s security systems especially the Compliance Mapping Diagrams helps draw connections that ensure every security control is traceable to a specific compliance requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
LVCS handles creation of complex multipage diagrams so well and it has an easy to use interface. The very easy ability to make flow charts, diagrams and anything related to process flow makes it great for anyone looking to do anything on that level.
What do you dislike about the product?
My advice is to use the guides to learn all the features if you want to effectively create the more complex workflows and process diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m glad to have used LVCS to create incident response workflow diagrams that easily maps the steps to handle security incidents ensuring proper escalation and team coordination in handling network threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a very robust tool and it feels a lot more complete compared to other in its category because of the variety of diagram design templates, multiple connectors shapes, and the highly functional collaboration feature support by Lucidspark within the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no immediate cons I can say about the functionality of Lucidchart my overall experience has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main diagrams I mostly create with Lucidchart are the SIEM Data Flow Diagrams showing how logs and alerts move from endpoints and network devices to centralized monitoring which greatly helps with quick network security analysis and faster incident response.
Lucid: Intuitive, User-friendly And Super Useful Tool For Proper Work Delivery.
What do you like best about the product?
For the past 3 years, Lucid has been an integral part of my work team. Customizable marker colors, drag and drop capabilities and sticky notes are just some of the features that makes it stand out. I'm a designer by professional and I'm used to design tools, and Lucid feels like one, but one that is very easy to grasp and seems to know what it is that you want to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing. A few small things, but they that have been ever so slightly irksome that I fail to recall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping us deliver our projects very effectively and also helps us to unite when delivering these projects. The communication tools are very efficient and makes it possible to have a smooth flow of information when we are working together and collaborating on our projects.
If a first time user can create something awesome, so can you!
What do you like best about the product?
As a first time user I found it very intuitive and easy to use. In a few short hours I created a multi page document with work flows, links to key libraries, and collaborated with internal and external colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborating with colleagues outside of the organization was not easy. Although this may be a difference between standard and premium versions?

Visualizing complicated software and hardware delivery to end users across the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is clearly a great diagramming platform that is supremely easy to use and allows to create high quality diagrams at a few presses of a button using the many shapes and connectors it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case all the functions of this platform met my expectations and I can describe it as very easy and practical for diagram creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to create Threat Model Diagrams to represent possible entry points for attackers mapping location of key components in our network like web applications, remote access portals and email gateways.

I like that I am able to map out growth strategies in my recruiting agency with Lucid diagrams - this is fav 💯aspect of all times.

Now that my agency upgraded to the custom plan, I hardly face limitations accessing my iOS mobile apps.
