The Consistency in Creating Well Structured Organizational Charts Showing Reporting Lines is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Great in drawing all kinds of diagrams and I usually use it to draw organizational charts and it has all the icons and shapes that I need to produce professional charts. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also works well for complex diagrams like business process maps that involve intricate objects and stencils.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to really familiarize yourself with all the tools within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite including Lucidspark if you to achieve efficient diagramming and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abundance of diagramming functionalities available helps me create easy to understand organizational charts mapping out the company’s reporting lines to streamline communication paths and easily identify gaps in roles.
Quickly Insert Shapes, Lines and Arrows to Represent Process Flow Steps More Appealingly
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS makes it easy for a Marketing Specialist like me to create quick process flow diagrams and what I like the most is that I can draw various shapes such as circle, square or rectangle to depict each step of the flow and then link them using a straight line or arrow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative things to mention about LVCS it serves the purpose it was intended for very well and I don’t think I can find anything better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LVCS primarily to design campaign timeline diagrams laying out phases such as content creation, approvals, launch dates and optimization cycles in a chronological flow.
Simplest Tool to Map Workflows with Shapes and Link Each Step with Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Lucidchart because it is easy to use and multifunctional allowing me to create flowcharts, presentation diagrams, procedure design layout and much more. There are many templates and when I choose one of them I have many design options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find significant issues worth mentioning because it has the right level of features to do the job while not being troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucidchart to create my most useful diagram which is the Regulatory Compliance Process Flowchart that illustrates the sequence of activities that need to be performed to meet our regulatory obligations ensuring the organization has a repeatable compliance approach.
Very Powerful with Great Tools and Stencils for Network Diagram Preparation
What do you like best about the product?
Existing collection of shapes, objects and stencils cover most of my diagramming needs and I like that I am able to export my workflow diagrams into multiple formats for easy presentation to our network security team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider this platform the best for diagram creation and the features and tools it provides have no issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Collaboration Suite to create network connectivity diagrams for our IT infrastructure visually representing how load balancers, servers and endpoints connect.
Versatile System Design Visuals with Helpful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid to visualise system design of our applications on various fronts, be it database design, api flow design, technology components mapping, etc. I like how there are multiple ways of designing these so that the design for each applications looks good without it being monotonous (same styling across everything). I also like the AI features to whip up something quickly and modifying it to match the exact requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the customization options for database design could be a bit better, especially when it comes to the existing templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create system designs for the applications we build for clients, covering database design, API flows, and the overall UI flow, among other core pieces of the architecture.
Easy-to-Use Charting with Great Variety
What do you like best about the product?
It covers almost all different types of charts, and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard that displays all the charts I created is not fully optimized. I would like an improved version that clearly shows the latest update date for each chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily access all the default charts within one application, and I’m able to save them in any format I prefer.
Creating Organizational Charts and Program Procedural Steps is Quick and Easily Achievable
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has many shapes, icons and multiple connectors for creating process flows, logics, loops, organizational charts, etc. The ready made diagram blocks and templates are also other of my favorite features. My diagramming experience with Lucidchart has thus far been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart has been super reliable for my diagramming needs and there is not another platform out there that I can use in its place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is great and very helpful for the specific charts that I create like our company organizational charts, service workflows, data transfer diagrams and procedural steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool for designing and presenting diagrams and flowcharts. I have used it to create my data flow diagrams and functional hierarchy documents and it even gives me the ability to connect the diagrams to real time data which is a significant feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unpredictable where the arrow snaps to if I drag and drop as it can be random at times instead of snapping in the exact place I need it to.

Creation of service delivery workflow diagrams outlines how our services are executed and the steps followed to meet client expectations with flowcharts representing task sequences and coordination from one activity to another.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it doesn’t separate the creative and technical aspects. I can put all my ideas on the whiteboard without any hassle or losing my train of thought by constantly switching windows. Plus, the transition from Lucidspark to Lucidchart is incredibly seamless—it feels like a single tool, which makes working so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it’s overwhelming to see so many options all in one place. It’s not a tool you can master in ten minutes; it took me quite a while to understand where everything was and how to use it without overcomplicating things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that we no longer waste time explaining endless documents; now everything is more visual and streamlined in one place. With everything so organized and clean, the team doesn’t get lost, and we’ve significantly reduced human error. Overall, it’s much clearer and more practical for day-to-day work.
