The Finest Platform to Represent Functional Flows with Excellently Designed Visual Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS is a great platform to make visual diagrams for process flows, system architecture, network diagrams and many more. It has helped me turn most processes into flow charts which really clarifies the processes and even helps identify system connection gaps in our architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the platform for what it does, however entry-level users might need more training to create visual representation of complex flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed multiple network diagrams with LVCS presenting very detailed view of how data traverses across endpoints, firewalls, IPS and IAM platforms to communicate the points where data is assessed and risk scored to ensure consistent handling of threats.
Fast Platform for Data Flow and UML Diagram Designing Demonstrating Multiple Service Dependencies
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable software which I use to display and then explain flow of data in a diagram format. It includes a variety of objects, lines and arrows to modify the appearance of my diagrams and I can upload any other set if I need to. It’s the best platform for developing and managing Data Flow and UML diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single feature that I do not like about Lucid VCS it allows me to create my diagram designs really fast.

Beautiful, Robust Flowcharts—But Alignment and Table Tools Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing flowcharts. Variety of shapes available. Can align shapes to one another and the grid so that it looks uniform. Having the option to see the grid as different-sized paged depending on selection and the grid automatically expanding to accommodate new pages is also very useful. I also like being able to export shapes and flowcharts with a transparent background. It can handle very complicated flowcharts and several shapes/heavy content being on a page without slowing down. I haven't needed to use the support/onboarding features or AI features. I am not sure it's worth the price as the reason I use it the most is just to create aesthetically pleasing flowcharts and I am sure there is other software out there that's cheaper and can do that as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to constantly align shapes to make them uniform. It is also very difficult to get the full suite of features when making tables like in Microsoft Word. For instance, you typically press tab to add another row but this is not how it works in Lucid Chart. The 'notes' shapes also have text that is too faraway from the frame of the shape. When attempting to readjust to make it more compact, this just distorts the shape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in education and am making flow charts for students to understand how to solve problem questions and understand basic concepts in law. Making flowcharts that are appealing and easy to follow has helped students immensely with their understanding of topics.
Streamlined Team Collaboration with Ready-Made Designs
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visual clinical decision-making pathways for common medical conditions, and I find it provides an easy format for team-based work that is modifiable. I like the colors and shapes it offers. I enjoyed having different, ready-designed shapes and outlines that I could allocate to different things and decision-making points, like indicating something is a 'must do' or using clinical judgment. This tool is much easier to work with and to collaborate through compared to what we were using before, Microsoft Word. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that making the diagram bigger created a second page - it made everything look clunky and less usable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides an easy format for team-based work that's modifiable.
Real-Time Collaboration with Clear Visuals and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration, ease of use, versatility, integrations, and visual clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can add up over time. Complex diagrams or very large whiteboards can sometimes lag, especially when multiple collaborators are active. While basic use is easy, mastering layers, data linking, and integrations can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disconnected teamwork, difficulty capturing and organizing ideas, miscommunication and ambiguity, and tool fragmentation.
