Easy Real-Time Collaboration for Fast Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless collaboration with real-time editing capabilities and quick creation of diagrams. With over 18 months of daily use, I enjoy working on large flowcharts in real-time during stand-up meetings, as shapes update instantly without versioning issues, saving up to 30% of meeting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some time for new users to adapt to its functionalities, particularly mastering the use of layers and linking diagrams, which took me two weeks of continuous training. For large diagrams (more than 100 shapes), there is some lagging in pan/zoom operations on computers with limited capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of misalignment of teams and communication complexity within organizations. Within my current role where I handle more than 20 processes per month, real-time editing replaces all the emails with diagrams, facilitating the alignment of projects' architecture.

Interesting, But Needs a Desktop App for Offline Work
What do you like best about the product?
It looks interesting but not a product I would pay since Microsoft bundle does bring visio. Also excalidraw does. Good job for free.

It should have a desktop app so offline work could be done.

Easy, Professional Diagrams with Lucid Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating diagrams, particularly for presentations like org charts in HR. I like that it is very easy to use, quick, and the visuals look great and super professional. I also appreciate that it looks way better than other tools and works much faster than Canva. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, so far.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use, quick, and professional-looking for creating diagrams like org charts.
