Easy to Use, Seamless Collaboration Tool

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use and very user-friendly. It doesn't require any training, making it easy to get up and running quickly. The templates for business workflows, process flows, and org charts are really useful to me, especially since we do a lot of flowcharts. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit trickier to know who's updated what within the tool and when an update has been made. Sometimes the communication drops off a little bit. That could probably be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with collaboration and working together in real time, allowing us to see information more instantaneously.

Perfect for Floorplan Design, But Needs Wall Management Improvements

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it easy to create a floorplan with items, like windows, walls, and doors, with their measurements. I enjoy how things easily snapped together. This snap-together feature makes it easy to create a cohesive piece without having to stress over lining up everything perfectly. The initial setup was very easy, and the product was ready out of the gate to create a floorplan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to deal with walls sometimes when I put openings or windows on top of them. When a wall or window is put on top of a wall, the wall still exists under it in that portion. If I have many openings and windows on a wall, taking them all off becomes a chore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easily lets me create floorplans with items like windows and doors, snapping them together smoothly without worrying about alignment.

Real time collaboration made simplen - A mba student experience with Lucid

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The drag drop diagram interface is very intuitive, creating flowcharts , mindmaps and diagrams are easy. The same canvas working feature is a time saver. Microsoft 365 integrations are my favorite which saves my time in presentations. There were no lags during my usage and canvas loading was quite good and pricing is okish. The support and onboarding tutorials are too good and helped me to know lucid better. The ai integration in Lucid is also a timesaver which helped me convert text to diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mouse issue like zoom in outs need to be somewhat rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mba student , i am using lucid for case studies , business presentations, gamethoery problems and for drawing diagrams like maslows theory of needs etc.Lucid is making my presentations look too professional and has improved how me and my team communicate ideas to professors and peers

Intuitive and Collaborative Visual Mapping Tool

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and collaborative Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is. It makes it easy to quickly turn ideas, workflows, complex processes, and structures into clear, visual diagrams that my team can understand at a single glance. I find the wide variety of templates for workflows really effective, saving time with detailed templates for process maps, workflows, and diagrams, which help me do my job much faster. The initial setup is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think version history and change tracking could be more detailed, particularly for teams that frequently revise work rules and need to compare iterations over time. It would be helpful to have a side-by-side comparison view between different versions so you can quickly identify what has changed across the workflow or a diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for workflow mapping, process documentation, and team brainstorming. It solves process ambiguity issues, enhances project planning, and improves collaboration by visually mapping dependencies and responsibilities. The templates save me time and detail my workflows effectively.

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop feature makes it simple to know where the items are being entered rather than simply being placed in the center of the screen. The ability to save regularly used data points. Great support, including real-time assistance on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to adjust scale and layers after inputting the data. It would be beneficial to allow for more scaling

Creating full maps for our business, including life safety and egress routes. It also allows us to provide a visual representation of our facility layout.

Trial Limits and High Subscription Costs Made It Hard to Save, Edit, or Get Support

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use. Was able to figure it out without instructions. Loved the endless possibilities for formatting. Created a couple items with the trial. The end documents were very professional looking and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had done a trial and am grossly disappointed that I was unable to save the files. I spent hours and developing the diagrams just to not be able to go back and edit things, nor find them again except for a web page search. I think this is a terrrible service to organizations. Our office is very small and can't afford a lot of superfluous software that we may only use on occasion. The subscription prices were way out our league for the needs we have. As well, we were unable to integrate it into our daily practice and it required a subscription to integrate with Microsoft products. AT times, the trial documents would not allow full usage of all the tools which also made it difficult to use. Some of the AI items were not particularly helpful as it only spelled out what was typed and did not give insights to readability or functioning. I could not get additional support due to the requirements of a membership. I have now wasted hours on a document I can't do anything with. Id rather just use Word and have something I can use later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved nothing
