User-Friendly Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very user-friendly and easy to use. I really appreciated the tips and tricks it provided throughout, like the right-click button moving the screen and things like that. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to assign the boxes in the flowchart to the positions that I wanted them in. It would rearrange other boxes whenever I moved one. So it definitely took me a while to get it formatted the way I wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite made it easier to create flowcharts, allowing me to bypass limitations of tools like PowerPoint or Canva. It enabled me to create the flowchart when other options were unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
-Effective Cloud visualization system which has intelligent diagraming via Lucidchart function and its real time collaboration and the brainstorming and also mapping various complex processes this tool is excellent.
The data integration functions allows smooth connectivity to various data sources like Google Sheets among others to effectively update diagrams automatically and gathering vbarious teams feedback through system is perfect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a powerful platform, and apart from its performance when handling large project data theres nothing to dislike on this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform combines intelligent diagram creation and easy real time collaboration across teams and the Cloud visualization and collecting different team feedbacks via this tool is amazing.
Clean, Easy-to-Understand UI, But Limited Shapes on the Free Plan
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI visually and how easy it is to understand. I think the software is also very helpful when drawing diagrams cause of little things like the grid background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited amount of shapes I can use having only the free plan, wish it was more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it a lot easier for me when drawing diagrams compared to other similar software.
Perfect for Visualizing Complex Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make connection maps, and it really shines with its visual elements that I couldn't find on any other platform. The good templates saved me the headache of drawing each box and connection for a project with over 200 variables. The mind map/connection template is great with pre-designed arrows, and it’s very easy to change icon colors or designs. I love the feature where you can add a label tag to write whatever you want, and the ability to add a separate note which I use as a 'legend' for the mind map. It's super customizable, letting me convey more information through icon and color without cluttering the space. Being a visual person, these elements allow me to make connections much easier. Plus, the initial setup was super easy—created an account and started in about 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if they add an automatic formatting feature? It's pretty great but that is something I can benefit from instead of formatting it myself. There should be an automatic formatting feature and then I can move things around if I don't like them. Also, another feature they could add is if each icon can have a border around it. This way, if I put a photo of a person on that board, I can have the backgrounds be color-coded to reflect their association/base, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its templates and visual elements, which save me from manually drawing complex connection maps. These features, paired with the customizable icons and space-efficient design, help me convey more information and make connections easier.

My ultimate demigod of visually appealing and engaging UX with drag and drop capabilties to build phenomenal workflows with little effort.I like it for seamless intergrations to Google drive as the central hub for our online collaboration to simultaneously edit,share and securely keep all the work.Game changing AI that does an a bang up job to create flowcharts,organization charts and workflows from a simple prompts.

I salute it extensible templates that acts as a direction to new users with everything aligned and explained explicably.Astounding with seamless collaboration to work simultaneosly on diagrams creation,editing and sharing with effective intergration to Google drive to centralize everything.It's AI gem capabilties with instant creation and generation from simple prompts have always amazes me it's like it knows what am thinking.

I like that it provides the quality icons to draw the system architecture designs which looks so professional and facility to make diagrams and include images to integrate and relate them with other data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn and not quite intuitive.

It allows me to visually depict my network in a very accurate visual detail and helps in drawing the architecture diagrams. It makes my presentation live and helps me to convince my clients more easily.
