What do you like best about the product?
It’s very intuitive for students, with informative videos that make it easier to learn and get comfortable with the friendly interface. I also value it for its ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams through cloud-based, accessible, and versatile tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has a steep learning curve, and performance can lag when working with large diagrams. Pricing also feels high, and the offline functionality is limited. I’ve also run into navigation issues, especially with zooming behavior, and I’d like to see better options for template customization.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite transformative for data analysis, especially for onboarding and tracking company progress. It effortlessly creates flowcharts from input data, saving me time in presenting information to leadership staff. I appreciate the ease and collaborative use of AI in designing projects like flowcharts, which aren't as easily done in other suites like Microsoft or Google. The platform's creative capabilities stand out, allowing me to create a flowchart in less than 5 minutes. The AI aspect makes it easy to track trends within the data. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a bit difficult to edit the parameters of the flowchart as needed. Sometimes the boxes and arrows were unevenly spaced apart, but when I would go to fix them or align them, it would mess up the entire design of the flowchart. I think the editing of these parameters should be user-friendly.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves time by easily creating flowcharts from data inputs, making presentations effortless. What do you like best about the product?
Easiness to create flow charts. I didnt use it as an actual collaboration suite, but it looked promissing in this front as well.

More insightful and seamless creation tutorials - so we can easily learn while we execute tasks.

It helped me create complete flow charts in a efficient way. Customization and ease of use also helped a lot in maximizing my performance while doing so.

This makes it much clearer than long explanations or messy notes. I like how easy it is to use and how quickly I can turn ideas into clear visuals. What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating process diagrams and flow charts for my app. I appreciate how it eases the creation of flow charts and helps in visualizing my ideas. I like the whiteboard feature, which has been helpful for drawing out ideas in my design thinking subject. The ability to create Venn diagrams is great for voting on ideas based on feasibility, viability, and desirability. I also enjoy the collaboration feature, which is essential when working as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit complex to navigate as there are a variety of features, I had to look up a tutorial on YouTube to understand it. Making it beginner-friendly would be appreciated. The initial setup is a bit tough.

User-Friendly Interface, Needs Better Large File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mainly for mapping out workflows and processes. It's super helpful as a whiteboard to brainstorm, allowing me to create workflows collaboratively across national and global teams. The platform is visual and easy to understand, which is perfect for virtual teams working on processes at different times. The user interface is particularly good - easy to navigate and create with. I appreciate the left-hand navigation panel which simplifies creating workflows. The live feed that shows other users on the project is great as it makes it easy to see who's working on what. The right-side mouse button provides ease in navigation though it takes a bit of getting used to. Overall, it's very user-friendly and doesn't take too long to get accustomed to. The initial setup was very easy too. I requested access through my internal IT team and got access quickly and was able to try it out with the free account which was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main thing is that for larger files, it doesn't feel as smooth to use. There has been issues with loading large files and even with the auto-saving.

I find it easy to create workflows collaboratively across global teams. It's visual, easy to understand, and works well for virtual teams working at different times.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for school assignments and projects, and it makes it very easy and efficient to complete visual projects like flow charts without having to go through difficulties using other software. My favorite thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the variety of shapes, colors, and options to add into whatever project you are working on. I also love how easy it is to use and how they give you plenty of examples and ideas on how to start with your visual charts. As a beginner in creating a visual project, the examples and ideas made it so much easier for me to create my visual charts. The initial setup was super easy and not difficult whatsoever. The instructions were very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the shapes were not adjusting to what I actually wanted it to do.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it makes completing visual projects like flow charts easy and efficient, without the difficulties of other software.
