What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite comes with various highly effective features for diagram creation such as drag and drop, very simple to use interface, and multiple shapes, icons and arrows that are great for process flow building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I dislike it is an easy platform to onboard and get every user behind so nothing seems to be an issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create equipment lifecycle flowcharts that enables us to track the entire lifecycle of our equipments with the diagrams showing steps involved from procurement to installation and maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it for seamless and solid collaboration with my remote and hybrid teams to visualize our project plans with stunning visual diagrams.My favorite with effective systems intergrations to clear team communication and efficient for streamlining my workflows.Rocks with spectacularGannt charts and timeline views for real-time monitoring of projects.I love it for AI with seamless project tasks generation,ideas for actionable insights and business outcomes.

Lucid- free-efficent-AI Text-to-Flowchart Magic
What do you like best about the product?
It has an AI feature that can quickly turn text into a flowchart, and it’s also easy to export a high-resolution image.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is a little cluttered and difficult to navigate and find new options that does affect performance and effecieny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a free tool that helps me make flow charts for ARDs/ PRDs and process document for leadership in my company. Making charts in google docs or Microsoft is hideous and inconsistent here lucid help ton, with its smooth performance
Easy-to-Use Cloud Solution That Jumpstarts My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to find a solution that lives in the cloud, instead of needing software installed on my laptop, and that was a big plus for me. It’s also very easy to use. After it asked me a couple of simple questions, it generated a solid starting point for my workflow for a project I’m working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t come across anything I don’t like. Overall, it’s been a great use of AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, we didn’t have any software that could create workflow diagrams for us. This product fills that gap and, from a cost perspective, it’s been a great solution for our needs.
Great tool for team visual planning
What do you like best about the product?
"I really like how easy it is to jump into a canvas and start brainstorming with the team. The real-time collaboration is super smooth, and we rarely face any lag even with multiple people on the board. The library of templates is a huge time-saver for creating quick flowcharts and diagrams without starting from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board can get a bit cluttered when too many people are working on it at once, which makes it hard to find specific elements. Also, the pricing for the individual pro plan feels a bit steep compared to some of the free alternatives out there, especially if you only need the advanced features occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us cut down on long meetings. Instead of trying to explain a complex workflow over a call, I can just map it out in Lucid and share the link. It has made our project documentation much clearer and helped everyone on the team stay on the same page without the usual back-and-forth emails
Working Remotely?? Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is A Must Have For Remote Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is available across the organization. It is very easy to get started. You can open a board and start putting stick notes on it right away. I love that you can share a board with colleagues, use it real-time to collaborate on a story map by putting sticky notes together from an entire team, or take notes together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite together with my team and until today I haven't heard any complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has solved many problems. It helps us to create flowcharts for how we want our projects to work. It also allows our team to quickly ideate and solve problems remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates brainstorming by allowing everyone to contribute simultaneously, and keeps work and ideas safe in the cloud even when technology fails. I also like how it helps extroverted and introverted team members contribute simultaneously on the same playing ground, hence encouraging a greater diversity of ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited on the amount of content in the free version.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped us eliminate communication issues and barriers as we can engage and communicate remotely. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also saves time by allowing us to quickly design flowcharts.
Intuitive Collaboration with Scope for Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite fairly intuitive with a lot of flowchart objects that offer flexibility in how I want to draw. The platform is also agnostic, meaning I can use the web version easily, which makes collaboration with other people very straightforward. It's very easy and intuitive to start drawing and sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Miro, which is a competitor platform, and I think Miro is actually a little bit more flexible. The mind mapping feature in Miro is ready out of the box. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite wasn't as flexible, so I had to use just the normal flowchart objects to create my own version of a mind map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating mind maps and diagrams, which helps us track objectives in an OKR format. It's a good collaborative platform, useful for product work, brainstorming, and working with engineering on solutions.

Lucid Visual collaboration Suite is triumphant with it's modern design for ease of use to deliver exquisite product capabilities with minimal effort.I love how me and my teams were are able to collaborate with visualizing complex processes,workflows and systems.It's monumental with visual diagramming for my flowcharts and Org charts.Great for robust intergrations with boosts team communication with seamless discussions,comments and feedbacks.

It's triumphant with modern designs for ease of use and delivers exquisite product capabilities with mininal effort.Love it for seamless collaboration with my teams to visualize complex processes,systems and workflows.Kudos to impeccable visual diagramming to helps me with stunnng presentations that wow my clients and stakeholders.I admire it for robust intergrations that boost team communication.
Solid for Workflow Diagrams but Arrow Placement Frustrates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to copy and paste boxes or move them around in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. This feature makes it easier for new people to understand what's going on in the workflow diagrams. It's similar to Vizio , which I've used before
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows are hard to use and annoying to get in the right place. It's hard to show the flow without arrows. The zoom function is hard to get used to and be sure to get a pair of readers, because it gets microscopic so fast. The free version will eventually force you to upgrade when you run out of shapes - especially if you delete shapes and create new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite shows process flow clearly. Copying and pasting boxes is easy and helps new people understand the workflow better.
