The huge library with custom templates and shapes helps easily start a flowchart or diagram and hugely differentiates Lucidchart from other similar tools that don’t have such wide variety. Additionally, it supports real-time collaboration and allows us to export the diagrams in multiple formats making it a truly complete tool.

There is hardly anything to dislike about the Lucidchart features that I have used everything works well and the results are amazing.

Lucidchart allowed me to create campaign execution workflow flowcharts mapping the campaigns into a continuous chain of activities which helps us to easily follow progress and track where each campaign stands.

Lucidchart offers a drag-and-drop feature that makes it easy to work with and manipulate different shapes, lines and arrows which makes it great fir creating both small and large flowcharts and diagrams.

Not a major con but there are some newly published stencils for cloud vendors that have not been added yet but I know its an ongoing process.

Lucidcharts greatly helps in creating incident response flowcharts mapping the structured process followed when a security incident occurs making sure we are able to respond quickly and consistently to threats.

I like the ability to create digestible flowcharts to document various processes and being able to map a process which is easy to follow.

The customer service is not fast otherwise it is easy to select objects from the database and set up the relation between them.
