A Must-Have for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
From the moment we started using it, the first thing that stood out was how incredibly easy it is to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well-organized, making it easy for both new and experienced users to jump right in without a steep learning curve.
One of the biggest strengths of NinjaOne is the impressive range of features it offers. Whether it’s remote monitoring and management, patching, scripting, backup, or ticketing, everything is built into one seamless platform. This all-in-one approach saves time, reduces complexity, and eliminates the need for juggling multiple tools.
The automation capabilities are especially powerful — we’ve been able to streamline routine tasks and ensure consistent performance across all endpoints. And the reporting tools provide clear, actionable insights that help us stay proactive and ahead of potential issues.
Support has also been excellent. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
Overall, NinjaOne strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and functionality. It’s a powerful solution that makes IT management easier, more efficient, and more effective. Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
While our experience with NinjaOne has been positive, there are a few shortcomings. We found the ticketing system to not be as feature rich as some of its other functions. This isn't a huge issue for us since we use another ticketing system.
There have also been some challenges developing customized reports. Some of the data fields are not easily accessible in the reports and building highly customized dashboards have been challening.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use NinjaOne for IT Asset Management and Patch Management. We were using another solution before NinjaOne and we had nothing but issues with patches not installing properly. Patch rollout and installation with NinjaOne has been much easier and much more successful.
NinjaOne has helped me cut down on manual tasks, especially OS patching
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have everything in one console. I can receive the ticket, see the end user and the device, all the details I need, and then remote in quickly if needed. It has streamlined my troubleshooting processes, and now I no longer need to open and track multiple softwares. Implementation was extremely easy and I can add and remove features just by disabling/enabling them. This is a daily tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a technicians app for ticketing, and I wish I could customize my systray for ticketing and force required fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent running around the facility for OS patches is a big one. It also has allowed me to consolidate multiple tools into one console.
NinjaOne has massively facilitated our daily work with our various customer networks.
What do you like best about the product?
The service is cloud-based. Thus, it is accessible from anywhere. The endpoint "only" needs an internet connection. The setup is logical and easy to understand; you can quickly implement desires and goals. Very active community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now and then, one notices that with more complex processes, one reaches their limits; then one must help oneself with scripts or other workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we hardly had the opportunity to centrally retrieve or manage the patch level of all our customers before using NinjaOne.
NinjaOne - Review May 2025
What do you like best about the product?
Our Ninja One Reps and Techs; we started working with Taylor and we're working with Jen now, fabulous experience, always prompt professional and great to deal with especially given that our business tends to be hectic and run at a frenetic pace. The Techs we've dealt have always been professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and patient.

Excellent choice for straightforward RMM
What do you like best about the product?
We found NinjaOne very easy to set up. We were able to get it up and running very quickly. The policy management mechanisms are very well thought out and allows us to easily manage nuanced requirements. The agent-server connection is very fast - commands and scripts run almost instantaneously, which has improved our productivity. The admin interface is quick and easy to navigate and it has cut down our RMM management time by about 70%.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ease-of-use comes some limitations. Some missing features are client-level software installation/update overrides, instead requiring spinning up a separate policy for clients that require a different loadout. Also, all scripting runs locally on the workstation only, there is no way to "stack" scripts and have one script call another based on script responses. Having a server-side script engine that can be optionally coupled with the agent-side one would vastly improve functionality. They have started rolling this out with conditional script functions in "conditions" but being able to use it in a scheduled script would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of our client devices and ensuring our MSP product suite is deployed and managed on all machines.
Great so far
What do you like best about the product?
Accessing endpoints is easy to navigate and easy to use. Especially the remote features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diagrams take up too much space. There is no dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing access to endpoints in one central location.
NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's agent is that killer app that makes it worth it. The customization is actually useful and expansive. Feature rich but affordable for small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very limited Google Workspace integration. While Mac is supported, definitely not to the same extent as Windows. Too expensive for larger organizations with penny wise budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is providing a single solution for both patching and ticketing. For the Windows side of the house, this is a unified integration via the systray agent. With the information the agent provides, the usual lack of end user information is greatly reduced.
