Ninja One Long Term Review
What do you like best about the product?
We've found Ninja One to be a very solid RMM. It's management and remote support tools are solid and well rounded. The pricing has always been competitive and fair. Some of the third party integrations could use more polish however they are constantly iterating and improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are incomplete. Ninja One rolled out their own remote control option. While it is better integrated than the third party offerings (splashtop and teamviewer) it still needs work to be on par with those offerings. Patching can at times be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining patch management. "single pane of glass" management for all aspects of monitoring (patching, backup, AV, security).
Efficient and easy remote asset/software management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and the platform's capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja remote software is not reliable and remote access to assets is a bit challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient and faster asset management
Good overall solution with some bumps
What do you like best about the product?
Enables us to centralize most of our daily management tasks into a single dashboard for our customers and is still on par or on top with other vendors that we compared... Plus Ninja One is more flexible in collab.
Remote support, Management, Inventory, etc. for traditional Windows environments works quite well and is easy to use and implement. With this, it saves us a lot of time and brings us quite some comfort.
First level support is friendly and quick to assist (but....)
Feature lists are constantly growing (but....)

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features just don't work smoothly and it feels like we are being used as long-time beta testers. For example:
- Support reacts quickly but solutions often take too long or just fade away completely (sadly a picture we see with most vendors lately)
- We had constant issues with MDM enrolment on iOS for months and as soon as it is solved via patch, new issues with app deployment / policy refresh show up.
- Gravity Zone integration is after a long time still very basic and not of much use, some things are even confusing (p.e. different features to rollout compared to directly in Bitdefender Dashboard???)
- New CVE scan is just permanently RED for most devices because it alarms faster than the patches can be rolled out by their own patch-management, which seems very odd because basically we can never get a green dashboard
- more little things that just make life hard... like very poor Ninja mobile App support that takes years to actually work properly

Helps us to easily monitor, support and manage end customers remotely.
NinjaOne FTW!!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a bevy of tools and services that eases the manual workload for the IT professional
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are no downsides to using NinjaOne, I wish the communication/support remained the same as in the beginning when I was deciding on using NinjaOne versus their competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, cloud backup, and patch management
NinjaOne is a great RMM for both internal I.T. and MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick presentation of endpoint status and quick to check in on automation, software installation, remote access and remote cli. Its used every day.
NinjaOne makes my position in I.T. a lot more efficient, especially when compared to other RMM's. Its light-weight and hassle -free. You don't get pesky sales calls from the Ninja team either.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight downside is the Ninja Remote software temporarily disconnecting when changing a user session or logging out. The disconnect has gotten shorter over the life of NinjaRemote but I would like to have no disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne we were using Logmein Central. And by "we" I mean there was only one person using it because it was not a good product. Now our whole team uses ninja due to its versatility, user-friendliness, user-intuitiveness, and powerful all-in-one solution to managing endpoints and infrastructure.
A Reliable and Efficient Solution for IT Assets Management
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, we are satisfied with NinjaOne. The platform offers a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for remote monitoring and management. Key features that stand out include:
Automated Patch Management: Ensures devices stay up to date with minimal manual intervention, reducing security risks and downtime.
Remote Access and Support: Reliable and fast remote control functionality makes it easy to troubleshoot and support end users efficiently.
Inventory Management: Provides clear visibility into hardware and software assets, helping with audits and lifecycle planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some policies are not functioning as intended — for example, the logoff policy does not apply consistently across all computers. Additionally, there are structural limitations in the user management system: it only supports two hierarchical levels, which prevents proper organization by division, department, and subdepartment.

Remote Access and Support, Automated Patch Management
Patch Management and RMM made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One has really helped our organization make great strides towards getting our workstations up-to-date with Windows and 3rd party patching. The ability to run scripts and use custom fields is invaluable in ensuring compliance with standards that we have set.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish patching was 'relentless'. If machines need multiple reboots to install updates, it will only do one round of updates, meaning that we have to manually patch in those instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and script deployment are the biggest benefits to NinjaOne for our org.
NinjaOne offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience for IT teams from a single platform.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its intuitive interface and powerful automation tools, which make it easy to monitor, manage, and support endpoints remotely without the complexity found in many other RMM solutions. Its fast deployment, reliable patch management, and integrated remote access also stand out for improving IT efficiency and response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One common dislike about NinjaOne is the limited customization and reporting features compared to some other RMM platforms. Some users also mention that advanced scripting capabilities could be more robust, and integrations with third-party tools, while improving, can still feel limited in certain environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Asset Management: It provides real-time visibility into hardware and software assets, helping us track devices, ensure compliance, and plan lifecycle management more effectively.
Very good RMM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean simple layout, the periodic upgrades. The way to install it via domain-controllers or just by sending a url. you can easy setup alerts in different channels. I like the support, u get help at any time sometimes u need to wait a bit but all problems where solved!
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing i really dislike, its more just a few features iam missing for example monitoring cpu temps cause its critical especially for server hardware, u can script around it to manage it, but feels not 100% integrated :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to use custom scripts so u can manage almost everything what is possible. in the past there was a 3cx version with a virus, we needed to react fast. So we goin to ninjarmm console looking for all devices with 3cx installed and uninstalled it on 30 Computers with just 1 click!
Straightforward to use
What do you like best about the product?
The web interface and mobile app are simple and straightforward to use without lacking for features. I can prepare an application for deployment in about 15-20 minutes, and patches are a no-brainer.
Remote access was a breeze to integrate, and I use it from the mobile app or my desktop on a weekly basis.
Our reps regularly check in to see how we like the product, and see if we're having any customer support issues.
With scripting and granular conditional policies, you can get pretty specific with how applications or desktop changes are deployed.

What do you dislike about the product?
App deployment could use some polish, I regularly find myself googling how to automate an MSI or EXE. and I do with there was an easier way to automate non-windows patches, or application updates.

Endpoint management (patch management and application deployment)
