NinjaOne Survey
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to remote into machines without the client machines physically being on the network (unlike SCCM/MECM)
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto updates seem to fail a decent amount and it can't wake up machines that are in sleep mode

Being able to make sure client computers are up to date which keeps our environment secured
Real-Time Device Health Dashboard And Software Inventory That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
The device dashboard and the ability to view device health in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report customization is clunky and somewhat restricted. There are some deployment features that restrict the way we deploy and install software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us the ability to manage software inventory more efficiently.
All-in-One Platform That Has Everything We Need
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are multiple tools all on the same platform. In the past I have had to use multiple programs where as ninja one has everything in the same place.

So fare I do not have any downsides. I have been able to accomplish everything I need to using the tools Ninja provides.

Simple Interface, Fast Integrations, and Responsive Support at a Fair Price
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple to use and the support is very responsive.
The integration with client computers is quick and performs well when we run scripts.
We have not experimented with the AI as of yet, so we can't say anything about that.
The pricing is also reasonable, and support is flexible and transparent about costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues where invoices have no details on them. Calling support for help works well, but we would like to be more independent when it comes to invoicing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping with the management of devices across different clients, and can be modified for each unique need. It saves us time and the client money.
NinjaOne creates an easy to use IT Support platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up NinjaOne as a first time user was easier than almost every other similar platform that I have tried in the past. Navigating both the ticketing and RMM apps within the site are easy and have a handful of customization and optimization options. Being able to easily integrate SentinelOne is also a huge plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say I have anything that I directly dislike about NinjaOne. Some of the exact uses we were hoping for haven't made there way into the system yet, however they do offer a feature request board. Occasionally, the ticketing system won't work exactly as planned with email systems, and can handle custom ticketing templates a little weird. The reporting feature could also be made a bit more simple in its UI and allow for the process of generating those reports to be done more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is a well priced, simple, yet effective RMM that we use to support the IT Helpdesk. It has made it easy to track devices, assign devices to users, and make the ticketing/remote access process super easy for support tickets.
Reliable and Easy Device Overview
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how reliable the program is. Also it's very easy to get an overview over all your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the remote connection to other devices is not always working and NinjaOne Remote does not use the defined resolution in the guest computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily connect to client computers for remote support
NinjaOne Streamlines Ticketing, Onboarding, and Proactive Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps organise tickets and allows for customisation in many different fields, alert generation when needed and more. My team onboards people with ease and it is easy to integrate a client into the existing tenancy. NinjaOne warns in advance for any planned performance issues and performance is pretty uniform over long periods of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When performance drops, it can drop quite drastically, but support is never cut off completely. I do think Mac support could be a bit better, and the same goes for Linux, although the challenges involved there are understandably difficult. The UI changes very rarely; recently, some of the colours were updated, which will be welcome to some people but not to others. AI is included as a feature but isn’t forced, which is pleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps the team stay on track and helps productivity rise amongst us all. The time tracking helps define weak points or projects that have taken a specific amount of time, whether it be too long or if they were sorted quicker than expected.

Affordable, Game-Changing Remote Access with Stellar Ongoing Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne comes in cheaper than our previous solution, while providing a significantly better remote access toolset - with background mode being a real game-changer. The onboarding & support is stellar - with the ability to book an unlimited number of support calls with relevant technical experts at Ninja throughout the life of the subscription - not just during the onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've said "lack of dark mode" but that's just been fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to manage patching across our customers' devices in a far more comprehensive way than our previous solution. The remote support is also far more reliable.
