This RMM is simple yet very powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use right from integration. We moved from our previous RMM to NinjaOne in 1 day and had all our clients and their infrastructure up and running.

All of the required information is right at our fingertips, so we can fix critical issues immediately. The reporting, alerting, and scripting are all very customizable and powerful. There are many extra features and application addons, all of which I would say add immense value to the product. We are just implementing the workstation backup options, and are clients are loving it.

I contacted customer support multiple times during implementation, and they were extremely helpful. They were able to not only answer and solve my issues but they also went above and beyond helping me.
What do you dislike about the product?
NMS SNMP is still somewhat limited, but we have been assured that this is being worked on for the Fall 2025 update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne displays all our client information such as network device issues, or patch management problems, right where we require it, in splash screens on the front page. This shows us exactly what is happening, sorted by critical issues at the top. No more digging to find information.

A Driving Force Behind Our Success

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's flexibility as a product overall allows us to support and manage diverse environments. While its scripting engine has allows us the no-hands onsite ability to deliver, update and modify nearly anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third Party integration, when connecting a third party tool it seems to be able to see/access all tenant in a multi tenant system.

If a client asks to integrate a ticketing system and you need to use the third party approach, we were unable to limit it seeing other tenants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What didnt it solve..

NinjaOne - Solid platform for a growing MSP

  • July 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a game-changer for our operations. Its intuitive interface and seamless remote management capabilities allow us to support clients efficiently without unnecessary complexity. The automation tools especially for patch management and scripting have saved us countless hours and reduced human error. We also appreciate how responsive the NinjaOne team is to feedback; they’re constantly rolling out thoughtful updates that reflect real-world MSP needs. The platform is lightweight, fast, and reliable; exactly what we need to keep our clients happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is incredibly powerful, there are a few areas where we’d love to see continued growth. For example, the reporting features, while functional, could benefit from more customization options and visual dashboards. That said, NinjaOne has shown a strong track record of listening to user feedback, and we’ve already seen improvements in this area. Any limitations we’ve encountered have been minor compared to the overall value the platform delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us at Four Winds IT solve several key challenges that are common in the MSP space. One of the biggest problems it addresses is visibility and control across diverse client environments. With NinjaOne, we can monitor, manage, and support all our endpoints from a single pane of glass—no more jumping between tools or manually tracking issues.

It also solves the problem of manual, time-consuming maintenance tasks. Through its automation and scripting capabilities, we’ve been able to streamline patching, software deployment, and routine maintenance, which has freed up our technicians to focus on higher-value work

Our Insight to NinjaOne

  • July 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use has to be at the top of the list; patching and automation are also high on the list.
What do you dislike about the product?
As NinjaOne grows, sometimes items that used to work stop working, and it takes developers to fix the issues. The new interface is not user friendly, hard to naviagate compared to before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with our other products has made it much easier for us to support our end customers.

Best SaaS RMM for MSPs

  • July 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's not owned by Connectwise or Kaseya. It's continuing to improve with regular updates. It's pretty simple to use and implement in its base setup. Support is pretty good and so far we haven't had any downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lacking in features that the big guys have, especially around compound conditions and automations. It also lacks two way integrations with major PSA providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just like any RMM tool, allows us to standardize patch management and device maintenance.

Definitely helps with patching and being an everyday remote tool for the day to day operations as simple to the item of disk clean ups it is very useful tool.

Taking the pain out of RMM and IT endpoint management

  • June 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM offers a modern, lightweight alternative to ConnectWise Automate, with a user-friendly interface and cloud-native architecture that significantly reduces overhead. It excels in speed, ease of deployment, and intuitive navigation—making it particularly well-suited for MSPs seeking fast onboarding and streamlined workflows. One standout benefit observed after switching to NinjaOne was a 15% improvement in patch compliance within just one week, thanks to its straightforward policy configuration and reliable automation. NinjaOne’s remote access, scripting, and patch management capabilities are impressively responsive out of the box, requiring far less tuning than Automate. This results in shorter time-to-value, especially for teams focused on efficiency and operational clarity without the need for dedicated platform administration. Finally, the vendor is extremely supportive - tech support tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne RMM streamlines operations with its modern UI and cloud-native design, it can feel limited when compared to the deep customization capabilities of ConnectWise Automate. Automate’s robust scripting engine, direct SQL database access, and extensive plugin ecosystem provide power users with granular control over nearly every aspect of the platform. NinjaOne, by contrast, abstracts much of this control behind a simplified interface. That said, its well-documented API does offer nearly the same level of data access as direct SQL access in Automate—making it a powerful tool for developers and integrators. However, those accustomed to Automate’s ability to rapidly prototype in the scripting console or build deep PSA integrations may still find NinjaOne's flexibility lacking, particularly for advanced, low-level automation or niche infrastructure needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it straightforward and reliable to manage a large number of IT endpoints en masse.
