What do you like best about the product?
I like NinjaOne for its excellent performance, seamless integrations, and user-friendly interface. The pricing is competitive, and the support is responsive. Additionally, its AI-powered features and intelligent automation make IT management more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting features could be more customizable, but overall, NinjaOne offers great value and efficiency.

NinjaOne solves the problem of remote IT management by providing a centralized platform for monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting. This helps me save time, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime for users.
Convenient Ticket Text Notifications That Keep Us in the Loop
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being notified via text message about Tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of attempts I need to remote on using Ninja Remote. We are having to try 2-3 times before it works (if it even does).

NinjaOne helps us solve issues with tickets and ticket organization.
Easy to Use After Implementation, with a Clear, Self-Explanatory Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use after implementation. We like the dashboard. Coming from Icings it is helpful to have a dasboard which is selfexplainded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say anything yet because we are just implementing this too. Until now the performance is fine and our customers are fine with quick support options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's better to integrate Ninja One in comparism to Icinga. After the onboarding process we are able to build our checks and to monitor the infrastructures we have to monitor.

NinjaOne allows us to monitor hundreds of clients’ networks, hardware, software, and patching, which reduces man-hours and the time we spend checking things manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features could be added or tweaked to provide better overall experience, such as allowing customization to 'Activity Notification' alerts, sending advanced partner notice for upcoming new release of NinjaOne Remote app that demands user end update.

Removes complexity in RMM tool that we used to run, offers adequate flexibility to various common components.

Easy Setup and a Clear Overview That Keeps Me on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use and setup. I like how I can log in and immediately know what needs to be taken care of thanks to the overview page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a particular patch will fail and I can't apply it and the error will not give me a good reason to be able to troubleshoot.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, Great patch management for windows devices, Sso with entra is incredibly helpful for us, I have been able to stream line the setups of our computers from taking 1 hour to just 15 minutes of automated scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think the support for MAC is really there yet. We have alot of issues with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of NinjaOne we have been able to consolidate our remote management tools and Remote access tools for non managed devices. Along side this Ninjaone is an incredibly intuitive tool so teaching new techs how to use it is easy.
