Excellent Community-Driven Updates, But Patching Setup Needs Improvement for MSPs

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Developers listen to community and update the product based on requests and user feedback. Roadmap is clear, concise and all inclusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching being built into device and alert policies is painful for MSP's with a large number of clients/schedules. Alerting/conditions should be separate from patch/reboot policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the features listed above. RMM capabilities, easy remote access and remote management of systems, customized monitoring/alerting, patch and vulnerability management. We appreciate wrapping as much into a single solution as possible without it becoming cluttered or overbearing, and Ninja fills that role quite well.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools provided are very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud based tools are inconsistent and are slow, there is a lack of reporting for historical troubleshooting. Documentation has not been the easiest to find other than a paid class?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote troubleshooting and bitlocker backups

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the remote access for employees had more security features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to consolidate several products into NinjaOne.

User-Friendly Platform with Ongoing Improvements.

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how they are continuously improving the platfom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random issues with patching where the patch has failed from time to time with no details about how it failed. The activity column for devices should provide more detaild information. Also, duplicate devices at times when there shouldn't be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and monitoring of devices mainly.

Incredibly positive experience so far!

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
LOTS of tools to complete work silently and backstage. All of these tools operate almost instantly 24 hours a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hidden areas - if you aren't told about certain features it's very hard to know if they are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the problem of long software installs, especially in new machine installs. It saves us a good hour when setting up a new user, as it deploys all policies and software silently

Intuitive and innovative, but error codes could be better

Great Endpoint Management, But UI Needs Improvement

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is a tool that I need and like to use daily in my workday which makes it easy to help customers and check over system and their health.
This tool provides a solid overview of endpoint details, making it easier to monitor and manage devices.
There are numerous options available to support customers discreetly in the background, which is quite helpful.
Additionally, it offers various ways to connect to a customer's endpoint, enhancing flexibility.
Snapshots are also straightforward to access and manage through the Host, which adds to the overall convenience.
VMs are easily managed in NinjaRMM, the integration of endpoints, servers and hosts is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a while for problems to be resolved.
For example, Fast connect has experienced disconnections over the past few weeks.
Additionally, I feel that the user interface has become less user-friendly than it used to be.
The Ease of Implementation of SentinelOne in Ninja doesn't feel as flesh out as i would have liked to be (it can be buggy)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility of supporting customers with more Information about the endpoint and possible problems

Easy to Use with Excellent Support, But MDM Needs Improvement

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM needs to be flushed out a little more. There were a few things that could have been improved upon when we did the evaluation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution for managing the updates for 3rd party products like Chrome and Adobe.
