Amazing, User-Friendly Suite with Powerful Capabilities

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the suite is amazing. It’s very user-friendly, yet it still offers a lot of capability at the same time. There’s a lot to dig into and explore, but it stays manageable and doesn’t take an overwhelming amount of effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve only had to work with their support team once, but the service wasn’t great. I got funneled through about four different people, and my issue still wasn’t resolved at the time. It’s fixed now, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A database for anything IT-related, where we keep all of our internal information. It does a great job of housing solutions, inventory, remote access into systems, and patch management, all in one place.

Effective Centralization and Intuitive Platform

  • January 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the NinjaOne platform is. The interface is clear and allows me to quickly find key information. It's very valuable to be able to easily identify the status of devices and manage alerts and priority actions without having to navigate through many menus. The initial setup was quite simple for basic cases. The onboarding process is good and allows you to quickly start with the main functions. I would recommend it mainly for its ease and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that some more advanced configurations may require a bit of time to fully understand, especially if you have no prior experience with RMMs. Mainly, in areas such as task automation, creating more specific policies, and fine-tuning alerts, it can take some time to fully understand all the available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me centralize device management, provides centralized visibility, and automates repetitive tasks, reducing manual handling. It is intuitive, allowing me to easily identify the status of devices and manage alerts without navigating through many menus.

NinjaOne: Positive Onboarding, Intuitive UI, Smooth Setup, and Responsive Support

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the first RMM our IT Team has implemented within our organization. Thus far (We are still in the onboarding and setup phase) the experience has been positive and the configuration(s) have worked to date. We continue to enable Apps, refine policies and tweak settings as we progress through the onboarding experience. We plan to use the interface daily to monitor and stay on top of maintenance. The user interface and integration has been mostly intuitive and straightforward. To date, our AM and Customer Support has been helpful and responsive to our requests and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I'm not aware of any downsides. As we progress through additional feature implementation, there may be more feedback in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary purpose of using NinjaOne is to monitor our Workstation, Server and Network environment and manage Updates, End Point Security and Backup Microsoft 365.

Easy to Use and Straightforward

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite easy to use, which is always nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit clunky. For example it's setup in a way that makes it easy to have multiple organizations, but the reality is for most companies there is just one org so it just forces you to drill down through folders that don't matter.

Also, it can be a major pain to get the installer to deploy ninjaone. I always eventually find it but it takes a search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does my patch management.

Easy access to all the computer's information, even the BitLocker key

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing all types of information from the computer, from the file tree, to the components, or even the BitLocker key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickconnect does not always fully install NinjaOne, and occasionally, remote access presents some bugs. For example, the option to view the desktop background may be enabled, but the background only appears if I uncheck and recheck that option. Additionally, sometimes I want to access a computer that is on, but it takes a long time to appear as online in NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me do helpdesk more easily.
