Easy Setup and a Single Pane of Glass for Endpoint Management

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The installation was easy and quick, and I really like having a single pane of glass to do everything you need on an endpoint is amazing. Life is so much easier pushing updates out and remotely connecting to devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
PC that are offline show as unknown. I wish the unknown devices were only ones that haven't connected to NinjaOne in a specified number of days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has solved my Patch Management issues, given me a Ticketing System, and a remote access platform all in one. I no longer need to bounce between multiple systems to manage my endpoints.

NinjaOne - A Useful, Robust Platform for Our Needs

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward way the NinjaOne environment is customizable, plus the ease of device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are confusing or obfuscated, and it's missing a couple of key features that our use-case would really benefit from. Ticket tracking metrics are still underdeveloped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our device patching management is optimized thanks to NinjaOne. We can easily deploy software and certificates, and the PowerShell/batch scripting integration is incredibly robust for us. Our ticketing is also managed by NinjaOne, which we're still trying to build out to suit our environment to the degree we would like.

Reliable Remote Support with Great Automations and Patching

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great automations and patching system. Very easy remote support options and has been a very reliable product for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system is thin when compared to other ticketing systems. It does integrate well into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy having the abvility for the product to perform auto remediations to keep our ticket counts low. For example a workstation running low on diskspace can trigger differnt type of automations to clear space and ultimatly cutting down on level 1 ticket creations.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard, with all relevant information in the overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solution is unfortunately not multi-tenant capable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-tenant function is missing! A detailed invoice would be desirable.

Reliable RMM with Great Improvements and Flexible Month-to-Month Pricing

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a very good RMM tool that does what an RMM should. It's reliable and the improvements they've made along the way are great. Their remote access tool is reliable and shareable with clients. Monthly minimums are low, and contracts and month-to-month instead of yearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a monthly minimum spend, and I wasn't too impressed with the ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing I use NinjaOne for over other options is the ability to share my remote access with my clients. Sometimes a client needs remote access to their computers as well, and giving them access through the RMM tool is much more secure than RDP or a VPN.

NinjaOne - a product that works but keeps improving

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and other common interfaces for the techs are laid out very intuitively. It allows the techs to see an issue at a glance. The team at NinjaOne is very responsive to feedback and has been continuously improving the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little gotchas such as not as granular of permissions for user accounts. Also the backup interface seems very bolted onto the main product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main tool to manage client devices. We strive to automate as much as possible to prevent outages and issues for our clients but when the inevitable problem occurs the client can either put in a ticket via the system tray icon or call us and we can quickly and easily remote onto their system and resolve the issue. Ninja has thresholds configured to create tickets and in some cases to notify a tech if a threshold was exceeded. It is integrated with our PSA to provide the techs rich detail when creating the ticket.

Love working with Ninja

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of the reporting features. I enjoy how easy it is to get the information I need in a simple, easy to read report that I can also use in client meetings. Our customer support over the years has been wonderful as well. It is nice to have real people to speak to when we are having a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue lately I have been fighting with is the Warranty line for the devices. When I am renewing server warranties with Dell for example, the dates in Ninja don't update unless I hit the refresh button next to the end date. If I forget to do this and I run a new report looking for expired server warranties I get bad information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Ninja gives us access to our clients devices all in one space. It is a time saver! The remote tool helps my technicians serve our clients in an efficient manner.

Centralized device management with a clear overview of users, IPs, and device information

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized management of all devices. One gets a good overview of the logged-in users, the IP address, as well as general information about the respective device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "File Browser" could be better, for example, allowing entire folders to be downloaded. The administration of automations could be more granular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me a lot in quickly finding the right PC and connecting to it remotely when I need to access a customer's PC to provide support.

Flexible, Forward-Thinking Remote Access—NinjaOne Connect Stands Out

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how flexible and forward-thinking the platform is. They support multiple remote access tools like Splashtop and TeamViewer, which gives us options depending on the situation. What really stood out, though, was the release of NinjaOne Connect. Having a built-in remote tool with all the features we actually use shows they listen to their users and continue to invest in the platform instead of relying solely on third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management is an area where NinjaOne still has room to improve. While we’ve made patching a major focus for our team, Windows updates don’t always deploy as smoothly as we’d like. We often find ourselves needing to connect to devices manually to push updates, which takes away from the automation we’re aiming for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve problems around repetitive manual work through script automation. Tasks like clearing temporary files or performing routine maintenance can be automated, which reduces the number of repeat issues and tickets. This allows our team to focus more on higher-value work instead of constantly reacting to the same problems.

NinjaOne’s All-in-One Feature Set Keeps Getting Better

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features NinjaOne has, and their constant development of new features. Seeing everything we need all in one place is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting support on issues can be difficult. Some issues can't be resolved, because an update changed something in the permissions/functions of something in Ninja that we were using, and then I have to submit a feature request to get it to function like it was before, which can take months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our OS and software patched, and making sure we have an easy to use ticketing system.
