Straight forward Remote Access with Excellent Device Reporting

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Remote access to our business devices is much better than with our previous supplier, who was an industry leader. I find the remote access straightforward and easy to use, and the reporting available—such as being able to see what is installed on each device—is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant email into the support desk section using the email account the system uses for emailing out. If also can't be configured to cc the email account in which it uses for emailing out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
more reliable and details remote access software, server management and helpdesk system.

Love it!

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out as a premier, cloud-native choice for IT professionals who value a "single pane of glass" that actually delivers on its promise. It masterfully integrates RMM, MDM, and automated patching into one of the most responsive and intuitive interfaces currently available in 2026.

While it commands a premium price point, the platform justifies the cost through massive time savings and a "set-and-forget" approach to endpoint security and backup. It is the ideal solution for teams looking to ditch the clunkiness of legacy software in favor of modern, high-speed automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform’s speed and design are top-tier, I find the pricing and reporting to be the primary sticking points. The per-endpoint pricing model is non-transparent and can scale up quickly, making it a significant investment for smaller teams compared to "all-you-can-eat" competitors. Additionally, while the UI is sleek, the built-in reporting feels surprisingly rigid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the core problem of "tool sprawl" by unifying RMM, MDM, patching, and backup into a single, high-speed console. For IT teams, this eliminates the constant context-switching between disconnected tools and provides total visibility into hybrid fleets (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android) in real time.

All functions are accessible with a few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
Partially, context-related descriptions are missing within the functions to be set, so it is not always clear which setting affects which context.

Patch management for operating systems and software can be managed easily and clearly with NinjaOne.

  • February 11, 2026

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The overview is a bit complicated and really could be improved so that one can find their way around more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Powerful Automation + Ticketing in One Tool with Highly Customizable Scripting

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using automation and ticketing in one tool, I can customize a lot of scripting while using Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get a full list of the clients you’re managing, and you can see them in “real” time. One downside for me is the refresh rate: it can’t be set lower than 1 minute, and in some cases it would be helpful to be able to go lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing, and controlling OS updates and policies all in one place.

  • February 10, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to interact with end devices without interrupting end users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive resolution of issues like disk space, patch management, and backups, have saved considerable time for technicians
