Easy to Use, PSA Integration, and Helpful Onboarding

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to use. It also integrates with our PSA, so any device alerts can be triaged immediately by our technicians. The support and onboarding have been helpful in getting us up and running as quickly as possible, including migrating from our previous RMM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re fairly new to NinjaOne and haven’t come across anything we particularly dislike so far. The biggest issue I’ve found is having to manually implement a feature to move devices to locations based on their public IP address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping our technicians support our customers more quickly, since Ninja alerts us more reliably than our previous RMM. The patching feature is also greatly improved compared with what we had before.

Intuitive UI and Powerful Automation That Save Technician Time

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One’s biggest strengths for me are the UI, automation, and onboarding experience. The interface is easy to work in, which helps when moving quickly between devices, alerts, remote tools, and scripts. New device onboarding is simple, and the automation features save a lot of manual work. Custom fields are especially useful because they allow automations to be more targeted based on device-specific information. From an ROI standpoint, the biggest value is technician time saved and better standardization across endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside has been deployment time. Getting everything rolled out and fully implemented has taken much longer than expected, which delays adoption and slows down the full value of the platform. Once it is in place it is useful, but the deployment process has been a frustration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the problem of having to manage devices, onboarding, patching, and routine support tasks across multiple tools. The biggest benefit has been being able to centralize that work, automate repetitive tasks, and make new device setup more consistent. That saves technician time, reduces manual effort, and helps support endpoints in a more standardized way.

NinjaOne: A Powerful All-in-One Tool for MSPs

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ninjaone is that it’s an all-in-one tool. As an MSP, I can get a lot done using N1 alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, N1 doesn’t perform all of those roles particularly well. Also, getting a solid resolution from their official support team can be hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our data and resources in one dashboard helps us hand off work more smoothly and transfer client knowledge from one technician to another.

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation part of the platform is really powerful and helpful to our technicians. Software deployment and self service automations via the sys tray icon are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think patching automation fixes can be improved / implemented and further RMM alert integration.

Being able to write custom scripts and accurately deploy them with custom alerting setup.

Remote support has become faster and unified device management saves time across sites

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for NinjaOne is managing machines over multiple networks and locations.

For managing machines across those networks or locations, we have NinjaOne deployed on all our machines, and we use it for Windows updates, patching, and other software installations.

How has it helped my organization?

NinjaOne has positively impacted my organization by providing an easier way to deploy machines, manage them, troubleshoot, and assist people.

Since using NinjaOne, I have noticed that ticket response times are lower because we are able to remote into the computer and assist quicker.

What is most valuable?

The best features NinjaOne offers are easy management, easy device location, good integration of our inventory system, and an easy way to remote into machines for troubleshooting and support.

The inventory integration with our system Reftab and the remote access features make my job easier. When a machine gets added to NinjaOne, it also goes to Reftab, and it syncs for organizations and different locations, allowing us to remote into any machine for troubleshooting and support.

What needs improvement?

To improve NinjaOne, there should be better integration between multiple different software including Cisco and Meraki.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using NinjaOne for two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

NinjaOne is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of NinjaOne is quite good. We have already deployed it in a large environment, and we have not experienced any issues.

How are customer service and support?

NinjaOne's customer support is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before NinjaOne, we used other solutions that simply were not adequate for the number of machines we have.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment, specifically in time saved. It has saved us a decent amount of time per week.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing NinjaOne, I evaluated other options including Kanji, Atera, and other similar solutions.

What other advice do I have?

NinjaOne is good software. There are other options available, but this one is quite good for the price and integrates with many different software solutions. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.

Powerful Endpoint Management with Minor Policy Limitations

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out because it centralizes endpoint management, patching, and remote support in a single platform, making IT operations faster and easier.”

“The automation, integrations, and AI-based patch intelligence provide real time savings and strong operational value.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is the rigid one-policy-per-device rule and the limited reporting capabilities, which make complex setups harder to manage.
Also, alert tuning can be frustrating, and the mobile app lacks the full functionality of the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of tool sprawl by consolidating endpoint management, patching, and remote access into one platform. The main benefit is a massive reduction in manual work, saving hours every week.

NinjaOne is a good RMM tool that is still maturing

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja does a good job managing a large number of workstations for our organization. We rely on its scripts and automations to handle more work than would be possible if we were manually updating systems or resolving issues. It not only works well for managing our Windows computers, but it also ties into our existing systems so alerts and tickets show up in the channels we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne’s interface isn’t as easy to navigate as other RMM tools. They’ve opted for a minimalist UI, with the idea that automation will reduce the need for sprawling spreadsheets of information. I understand the goal, but I still spend most of my time working in the more classic layout rather than using Ninja’s dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides me with the ability to quickly deploy custom scripts to install and manage my software stack to dissimilar network environments. It's collecting information about workstations and servers that allows me to easily see computer status and be alerted to potential problems.
