Nice and easy RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use.. Not to mention that it WORKS.. Coming from Labtech to this has been a nice change! SCRIPTS RUN INSTANTLY!

I dislike that we didn't start utilizing Ninja sooner

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in the UI and adding of scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really needs to be an added script task to allow for "rerun task hourly" rather than daily, weekly, monthly only. There's a number of tasks for installing software silently when laptops are off/asleep that we'd like to keep repushing the script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity of use for technicians and high profile users of client sites.

NinjaOne: Effective and very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use while still having a lot of built in features as well as the ability to add your own scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be solved by implementing a script however I noticed a few things.
The amount of time it takes for a device with the ninja client to appear online again after going offline. It doesnt always take a long time however sometimes I'm just sitting there hitting refresh after a machine reboots for it to show up in the Ninja portal as online. Another thing is being able to see the latency on a remote session so I know off the bat how fast the connection is. Now this final thing im not really sure what the solution would be however when remoting into a users machine who has a single wide monitor it can be difficult to see text. I noticed theres sometimes a way to force zoom with no scrolling but if there were a shortcut or option to zoom in and be able to scroll that would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and easy to use. The features are superb and are constantly being expanded and developed. The system is also easy to integrate, implement and operate. We use the system most days

No negatives as of yet. Sometimes some of the features are hard to set up but support is fast

Being able to see issues and resolve remotelly, also to push out updates

The basic use is easy to learn. The implementation is very fast. Very comprehensive device filtering and good integration with custom scripts. Support in Spanish.

Ninja increased our monitoring possabilities by alot and solved the problem with applying Updates for Servers.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability for in house and for managing our clients is premier. It integrateswith 3rd part software that we use and it allows for documentation for knowledge base and documentation for our clients tthat we can save for credential and cofiguration

I ahve not found any issues with NinjaOne and we have been using it for 3 years.
