Easy-to-Use RMM and Endpoint Management That Keeps Machines Running Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
I use the RMM and endpoint management tools every day. They make it really easy to update machines and keep everything running smoothly. Onboarding was straightforward and only took a few hours. The interface is super easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont currently have any complaints about ninja
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been a very big help in keeping our machines up to date.
PowerShell Remote Access That Lets Me Automate Almost Anything
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to access the machine remotely via PowerShell and the fact that I can execute anything imaginable with PowerShell scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It's doing what it's supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an overview of all machines and can update them easily and automatically.
B+ platform and getting better.
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the real time updates with the ticketing system. I like that remote tools are built in along with details about a user's PC in real time. Being able to remove/install software without touching the PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have someone on call it would be nice to have a text and email show up with details about the ticket. Searching tickets by user instead of PC could be easier. These features may be available. I'm new to Ninja. Only a few months experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more details about the user's PC. Creating KB's with searchable numbering would be good for future updates.
Convenient All-in-One Hub for Ticketing, Monitoring, and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing, device monitoring and management, and documentation all in one place is very convenient. We are not an MSP, but are a low firm IT department that essentially functions like an MSP.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patching feature is nice if you're not enrolling devices in Intune, but in the event that they are it can become cumbersome. Prior to disabling the patching functionality of Ninja we would have updates push out from Intune, but Ninja patching blocks installation until we approve on the Ninja patching side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us support our attorneys and other users to ensure that we can quickly diagnose and resolve their issues.
NinjaOne’s Ticketing Integration Works Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that NinjaOne integrates with our ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are false alerts quite often and I have to go through hoops to clear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing right now
Simplified IT Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
The NinjaDojo Roadmap, and this applies to upsides too, as they take ideas submitted by customers, review it, then place it in several tabs that each give a stage of the project it's on. Best of all, you can back up the idea with your needs, some changes, or just promote it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization self-created configurations. When creating another object in tickets, devices, or settings, it throws it into a long list that can get filled very quickly making it hard to sort through or find objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Computer management and auto updating
Cohesive Integration and a Great UI That Feels Built from the Ground Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cohesive integration. NinjaOne feels like it was built from the ground up rather than a collection of tools bolted together. Great UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting for dynamic policies to be rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been an upgrade to our remote-control experience and allowed us to get rid of two other tools.
Modern, Intuitive Interface with Reliable Remote Access
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a modern, intuitive interface that makes it easy to quickly access the information I need about our endpoints without unnecessary clicks. The platform presents data in a clear, actionable way, which is important in a fast‑moving operational environment. Remote access is also straightforward and reliable, making it easy for our team to connect to systems and resolve issues efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is easy to use, policy management could be more dynamic. Policies are largely static today, which can create additional manual effort when managing devices with varying roles, conditions, or lifecycle states.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us centralize patch management and remote control for endpoints, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across systems. Patch visibility and deployment are straightforward, which helps ensure devices stay up to date and compliant. The built‑in remote control capabilities allow technicians to quickly access systems and resolve issues without relying on separate tools, improving response times and overall operational efficiency.
Excellent Support and Training That Get New Users Up to Speed Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The support and training in NinjaOne help new users feel comfortable and get up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks statistical analytics on device condition and health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote management with ease
Simple, Fast Patching and Remote Access with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it doesn't feel complicated. I can handle patching and remote access pretty quickly without having to dig around. Their support team has also been responsive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM could definitely be improved. It works for simple use cases but it’s fairly limited overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s mainly solving OS patching for us by making it much easier to keep devices up to date and manage updates in one place. It saves a lot of manual work and helps reduce missed patches.
