Great RMM and IT management software
What do you like best about the product?
-Ninja is super lightweight and robust, we have had little to no issues deploying it, and managing computers and servers via Ninjas capabilities.
-The capability to run CMD/Powershell/Registry/File explorer changes is extremely helpful.
-Very nice dashboard, easy to use and understand with guides/dojo community
-Very easy to manage and implement into the business
-So far have not had to use customer support too much, but our account manager is great and responsive
-It is my go-to everyday program for user support
-Very easy to integrate into the business

What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, after a computer has been inactive for a while (2+ months, and primarily MAC OS), they seem to never "check in" again, and a reinstall of the software is required to get it functioning again.
-MFA is required often, even when you are logged in. I understand security is a must, but it's frustrating when I need to enter MFA for the 3rd time in a day to run a CMD command

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Ninja is our RMM for the business, without it we would not be able to manage computers centrally, push updates, software installs, check health of devices and more..
-Allows our team to easily see IT assets within the business

Excellent and ever evolving product range
What do you like best about the product?
The support element is fantastic for our IT support team. The monitoring, reporting and automation are all continuously improving. We love it. It makes our jobs so much easier and reduces our workload by identifying issues before they become serious problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after a reboot a laptop can take a little bit of time to show as back online and become accessible remotely. However this is probably more to do with Windows than the Ninja platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is a large part of the IT workload and Ninja has enabled us to automate these processes and make the task a lot simpler. It also highlights if a task has failed and allows for further investigation.
Being able to view an installed program inventory and currently running processes saves a great deal of time as issues can be resolved without physically logging into the device.

Patch, RMM & Endpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I think how I can easily access to each endpoint, scripting, and simple ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the patch report is more detail with listed all of the devices and score of patch on each devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place.
Little to Complain About
What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best feature that I like over Datto is the ability to command line on the machine while the user is working without disturbing the user. The Ninja remote tool is far better than Splashtop. I also like that the Ninja agent appears to be less resource heavy on the target machine. They also have a very extensive library of scripts we can use and a YouTube channel of how we should use them. I like that I can apply different policies to different sets of PCs based on their location or as a one-off.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to track the percentage complete for a task that was applied across multiple machines. I could really use the ability to chat with a client's machine BEFORE remoting into it. Patching has also been an issue becuase of the third-party who packages these up for Ninja. I forget the name of that company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management for the most part.
NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Splashtop intergration and the update management
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot stay logged into the agent portal all day. Times out too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane for update management and remote access for supporting end users.
2023 Review
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of NinjaOne is the ability to remote in and help users. It is also nice to be able to have a central database for bitlocker keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about NinjaOne is their inconsistent automations of updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping a non-on prem database of bitlocker keys.
A pleasant RMM experience
What do you like best about the product?
A combination of the application being easy to use, easy to implement and exceptional customer support is what makes using NinjaOne a pleasant experience. Compared to various other RMM tools we have used, NinjaOne is the tool that best fits our needs. The setup was quick and easy, and also came with onboarding support from the team at NinjaOne who were very helpful in getting things integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the unlimited amount of included users, we were looking forward to implementing remote access capabilities to some of our remote users (access to PC from mobile device). Many of these users would be using their phone for remote access, unfortunately, mobile support for end users isn't properly implemented yet. There are various other features that we wished NinjaOne would implement (multi split window for multi-monitor when remoted into remote PC for example), some of which are on their roadmap, some of which are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily as a tool to remotely access devices, of which we had previously used a tool that was relatively slow and lacked certain features that NinjaOne has. The ease of use of NinjaOne's remoting capabilities has saved our department time by not having to troubleshoot random issues that we had experienced with a different RMM solution that we used previously.
Easy to learn, easy deployments!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to learn all the features included with NinjaOne. This is a great solution if you are not running a domain, needing to create group policies and needing to automate your systems. I love that I can remotely send Powershell scripts, Java script, batch scripts and more from the agent. I love you can see computer vitals and file structure and events, without actually remoting into the pc, all from the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that all my automated scripts run inthe background. There are a few scripts I would like to have go to the forground to confirm updates are done and it would make it easier to run some custom software we have.
I also dislike how limited the reporting is. I would like to see more detailed reporting about hardware, like average cpu usage, memory usage, etc.
It would also be cool if we had GPU monitoring as well. we can pull the specs but it would be nice to see vram usage and gpu clock usage as well.

Adding a MDM is something I am looking forward to! We have a few iPads I would love to put our software on and monitor as well.
NinjaRMM -Quickly Evolving and Improving RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of NinjaOne are the fact that it is continuously being improved with features that the actual users have input on with their unique feature voting and progress page.
Their support is also insanely fast and helpful. Free Engineering hours is nuts

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a smaller RMM so the user base isnt as big as some of the big dogs but it is quickly catching them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my issue of keeping all of our devices up to date, patched and secured. This gives me more time to focus on the bigger picture IT issues which is invaluable for a one man IT department
From nothing to RMM: NinjaOne is the one you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Before we started using Ninja we didn't use any RMM. We don't have a lot of endpoints. About 50. But still, as a one-man department, it is a lot of work. So I decided I want to manage all our Endpoints easier. There were a lot of parties, but Ninja stood out.
The interface is modern, sleek but easy. The management tools are fast, and you really don't need any documentation or explanation to get started. However, when you need support, they are great. They'll help you within a few hours.
The design, speed and how easy it is to use made NinjaOne stand out for me. They also develop new features like a MDM now, which only expands the whole platform. When you wish you can use Documentation features to build your own documentation, and a complete ticket system, removing the need for a seperate one, like for example TopDesk.
NinjaOne is a cloud service. You install a small service on the devices, and that's it. So implementing and integrating it was very easy. It was done within a few days. Support is willing to help, but for us there was no need for it.
In the end, if you need a RMM. NinjaOne is the product to take a look at. Since we've implemented it I almost use it daily, for good monitoring purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I experienced was that there is no real possibility to create Folders for your endpoints. You can create Locations, but a Location cannot be Split apart in Folders. There are ways to do this, but it is not how it should be.
The support noted this and submitted it as a feature request. So all in all, I believe they are taking a look at it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-man department in IT there was a lot of work with almost no overview and management. With NinjaOne I have a clear dashboard with all options, making it easy to patch and help remotely.
