Smart Inbox saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social’s Smart Inbox has been a game-changer for me. It pulls everything into one place so I don’t waste time jumping between platforms. I can quickly catch up on what’s happening, respond to the conversations that need my attention, and stay on top of things with ease. It’s efficient, organized, and helps me move on to the next task faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is such a robust platform that it takes quite a bit of time to become fully familiar with all of its features and use them to their fullest potential. I also wish there were listening capabilities available for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for one unified hub where everything lives. I can listen, monitor, post, and manage engagement all in one place instead of juggling multiple platforms. This centralization saves me valuable time and keeps my workflow streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar features the best. It really helps keep me organized with the ability to leave notes before taking the time to actually create the content. I love the "best time to post" feature for each platform, as well as the approval process for working with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could go back further than one year in the post history. Sometimes, especially for holiday posts, I like to revisit what I shared on that day over several years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for social media publishing and analytics review.
Makes managing accounts easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes publishing, engaging, reporting and more easy to use, all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One previous dislike (not being able to post PDF documents) was recently updated!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spout Social allows multiple colleagues use the platform to manage, post and report on mulitple accounts.
Best Reporting Dashboard I've Tried
What do you like best about the product?
The campign feature that allows you to turn tags on posts into campaign specific reporting dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is tricky to parse out organic performance from boosted organic content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a live, up-to date dashboard with a shareable link that cuts down on time it would take to do constant reporting whenever clients ask or weekly data pulls
Sprout helps me manage my workload
What do you like best about the product?
It's so great to be able to have all of my company's social media platforms in one place. I use it every single day and log on more times than I can count. It's really easy to learn how to use it and I love that I'm able to do so much with it. I can conduct my analytics, schedule posts, and respond to comments all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there are sometimes features that I wish sprout had. For example, it was a blocker to not be able to upload pdf carousels for linkedin posts. But sprout was able to add that which I really appreciated. Occasionally there are glitches within the platform but customer support is normally able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to manage everything related to social media all in one place. I honestly don't know where I would be without it. I really love that I'm able to track the analytics of all social media platforms in one place. I hate the meta business suite and Sprout makes it so easy for me to access all of the data and analyze it for my future strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes case management and customer care a breeze. My team favors the AI powered tools, asset library, and the approachable, intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Case findability continues to present hurdles for us, but we have ways to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social solves the problem of having disparate social accounts, by compiling them intoa single, easy to use platform.
Simple and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Sprout is really simple and intuitive to use. Scheduling, community management and reporting are all easy to use and all in one place. I'm on it multiple times a day 5 days a week, and it makes many aspects of my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Sprout is that the tagging on platforms when scheduling is inconsistent. Often the accounts I need don't show up on Facebook or LinkedIn, because you can't tag individuals if you're an organization. Finding the right tags takes up most of my time on Sprout, and often for Facebook and LinkedIn I end up just going to the individual platforms and scheduling it there instead of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me streamline scheduling and community management for multiple accounts at once. It simplifies social media monitoring and reporting. Instead of trying to schedule every post individually on each platform, I can do it quicker and easier through Sprout.
Intuitive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social simplifies the process of scheduling posts and accessing analytics. I particularly appreciate the employee advocacy platform offered by Sprout Social. Both features are user-friendly for administrators as well as regular users. I use it all the time to make sure our social calendar is up-to-date!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email support is satisfactory, but I found the onboarding team for both Sprout Social and Employee Advocacy to be mediocre and often unresponsive.

Intuitive Reports, effective dashboard, and wonderful grid planner
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive and easy-to-create reports in Sprout Social. I also enjoy the content grouping by campaigns, which is very intuitive. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple and the support is good. I also love the Instagram grid planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is complicated for me, it's difficult to schedule posts and add tags from the mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports. It helps me detect posts with more or less engagement, compare, and avoid posting without purpose.
Sprout Makes Social Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Sprout in a multitude of ways from scheduling posts, tagging content to organize and track campaigns, to compiling our social metrics. It's easy to set up all our posts, and having the preview of the post for each platform is key. Additionally, having Sprout integrated with each platform reduces hours of pulling metric reports from each platform. We can easily see what posts are performing well & compare/contrast to update our posting strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging people in the captions can be frustrating - sometimes it will link, and other times, we have to go back into posted content to edit and make sure tags are correct. The feature is clunky. We also miss the ability to pull social data from personal LinkedIn accounts - we often check on key stakeholders in the company for their results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to pull all our social metrics easily, without having to log into each separate platform. The use of tagging content by campaign and other tags also allows us to see how certain marketing pushes are going
