Effortless Social Media Management and Insightful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout helps us organize all our social platforms in one place.We use it every day, all day. We can build out our schedule based on major events and then schedule our evergreen content in between. The reporting is good and makes it easy for us to get a snapshot of what has been successful (or not) so that we can refine our strategy. It does have a lot of features that are useful to us and we probably use scheduling and reporting the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening is not included in our plan and costs extra. We use a different platform for that so it would be great if this was a more affordable feature in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our schedule manageable. We are able to build it out into the future without referring a different calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social because it makes every marketer's life easier by allowing us to schedule posts efficiently without having to publish them directly from social platforms. This feature significantly streamlines my workflow, especially in social media work within the educational industry, where scheduling for posts and reporting are key tasks. The platform's capability to assist with monthly reporting through the use of tags and understanding our KPIs is invaluable. Additionally, Sprout Social's 'social-first' analytics provide more relevant insights, which was a significant factor in switching from HubSpot. I enjoy the ease of communication with their team, as they facilitate monthly meetings to discuss any platform-related questions, enhancing our overall user experience. The process of syncing our multiple accounts and affiliates with Sprout is commendably straightforward, further promoting seamless integration. My positive experiences with Sprout Social have led me to recommend it to peers in the marketing industry, proudly rating it a perfect 10.

none at the moment. Our team hasn't had any problems with Sprout social yet.

Sprout Social simplifies post scheduling, enhances monthly reporting with tags and KPIs, and provides valuable analytics and team communication for social media management.

Ease of approval of posts. I like that it is easy ro navigate

I wish the app would function better on the mobile.

I appreciate Sprout Social's usability, which makes navigating and tackling tasks straightforward. The platform's Instagram feature is particularly valuable as it enables me to effortlessly share posts across various other platforms, enhancing my ability to reach wider audiences. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very easy, which speaks to its intuitive and user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color scheme in Sprout Social. It would be better if the colors were brighter.

I use Sprout Social for marketing, finding it enhances creativity and allows easy sharing across platforms, especially through the Instagram feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization oversees social media for multiple different channels, each with their own social media platforms to best reach their respective audiences. By using Sprout Social, we are able to have one convenient location to access and manage each platform and each channel. It also provides us with the analytics tailored for each channel to make sure we are doing our best to reach our audiences.
Seamless Review Integration, But Metrics Need Improvement

The app review integration was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics were not very consistent, and not enough ways to build out scorecards. Also not many accurate metrics.

It did really well with app review and trust pilot integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been extremely useful for me, as it allows me to view all my performance metrics from every channel in a single location. I also appreciate being able to compare results week over week or across different timeframes, which really helps me understand how to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout offers a wide variety of tools, and sometimes I find it confusing to locate specific features or sections. With so many options to learn, it can be challenging to remember where everything is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made scheduling and organization much easier for us by bringing everything together in one place. Now, we no longer need to log in to each individual social media platform separately.

Super easy to navigate, really nice reporting.

The mobile app is not good. Can't assign tasks or view tasks in the mobile app.

Shortening links, planning content, responding to players.
Intuitive Social Management with Great Customer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its ease of use and intuitive layout. The pleasing dashboard makes it effortless to view and organize information without feeling overwhelmed, which was a problem with our previous platform, Sprinklr. I appreciate how the tool allows me to manage our social platforms effectively, engage with customers, and track sentiment efficiently. Responding to customers quickly and efficiently is a breeze, which helps in turning around negative experiences. The crisis alerts are incredibly helpful, and I like being able to share negative feedback in both qualitative and quantitative formats for leadership viewing. Transitioning to Sprout Social from Sprinklr was very smooth as the initial setup was easy, especially setting up tags. Overall, I find Sprout Social more favorable compared to other platforms I've used so far, like Sprinklr and Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the language around insights and reporting was more user/beginner friendly, I get very overwhelmed trying to set these things up.

I use Sprout Social to manage social platforms, engage with customers, track sentiment, and respond to reviews efficiently. It helps with crisis alerts and presents feedback clearly for leadership. The intuitive layout prevents feeling overwhelmed, unlike our previous platform.
