Streamlined Social Media Management with Sprout Social

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sprout Social for its scheduling and preview features. It helps me plan posts in advance and see what they'll look like before they go live, ensuring a professional appearance. It keeps me on track with managing multiple social accounts, which is crucial since I'm responsible for many. The setup process was simple and straightforward, with great support from the Sprout team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to natively reshare posts, like to Facebook, with a certain trigger, so I don’t have to manually repost on each account like X and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to plan content in advance, preview posts for professionalism, and manage multiple accounts. It helps me schedule posts efficiently, ensuring timely publishing without overwhelming me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature. Sprout social will also pool your data to give you recommending times for posting which has worked really well at my accounts. The data analytics are great as well, the information summaries are easily digestible and customizable to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our accounts struggled for a long time to get our accounts fully integrated into sprout social. There were times where they would disconnect but took months to reconnect. Due to that, there are sometimes gaps in the data. Plus, it requires me to log into my account every time I open the app. It never remembers my data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us optimize our content by providing recommending the best times for posting. It also saves us time with the scheduling feature.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so helpful to schedule posts ahead of time & check the best times to post
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue is having to connect a Facebook to Instagram- but you all cannot help that!

What do you like best about the product?
The tagging is very useful, the onboarding was great and we love the advanced analytics module.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very useful but maybe Sprout can offer discounts for number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The advanced analytics module is a great tool, everything is in one place and the information is clear.
Also, we were looking for a tool that could help us differentiate paid from organic metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has everything our team needs in one place. It's easy to use, allows us to efficiently communicate across team members, and bonus points for the sales process being very easy and flexible too! We were up and running pretty quickly, and needed little support in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do need onboarding help, there was a bit of a wait for that. Customer support, however, is very responsive and the help articles are indeed helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox allows our team to pick up customer service issues, comments and concerns seamlessly. We also love the publishing tool which suggests the best time of day to post.

The only downside to sprout is their higher price point, however it is justifyable.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the tagging capabilities to see what campaigns worked, what content to create, and what our community. wants to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is great for many things. One thing that could improve work flow would be a gallery to see the main feed grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media approvals to stay on brand and consistent marketing messages.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Sprout is that it's super easy to use and helps you see and handle all your social messages in one place, even if it costs a lot (still worth it though). Also, I love to visit reviews section! It’s pretty neat to see feedback from all interactions from different platforms—right in your dashboard. Good job, team!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey, but still, it's worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with customers in acknowledging their concerns, suggestions and feedbacks on the service provided.

Amazing customer service team and flexible terms!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved everything from the initial call with Ang to working with her to finalize our agreement. We landed on a deal that works for us and it was so nice to have someone like Ang to deal with. She is so smart and always answered my numerous questions and provided screenshares and another free trial week so my manager could take a peak at the platform before we committed. Ang is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I loved how genuine Ang was and how she always followed up and was super professional without being pushy, and she didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and check in with me while we were working on our deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly listening across the web and reddit/youtube, along with finding out who our People are and what their activities have been.
