Sprout Social Makes Multi-Client Scheduling and Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is great for scheduling multiple client content and allowing us to compose posts for approval and collaboration

It sometimes has connection issues when apis update

It solves access issues for multiple teammmates ot clients profiles. It also automates our reporting and analytics
User-Friendly with Exceptional Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social is very user-friendly and easy to comprehend and onboard. The onboarding team, especially my specialist Brittlyn, has been phenomenal. It's also very easy to use, and I can download it on my phone and respond to messages. I really love the social listening and AI features, which have been amazing in helping with reporting. The ease of scheduling is great, and it integrates with all the platforms we use, always keeping up with updates.

I use Sprout Social for social listening, publishing, scheduling, and staying ahead of trends. It helps with community management and responding to advisors and consumers.
Friendly UI/UX and an Easy Interface That’s Quick to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly ui/ux. It has an easy interface, which allows you to learn quickly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there’s a simultaneous “assign to me” process happening, it sometimes seems like another person can “snatch” cases that I’m trying to take. It doesn’t happen very often, but it has happened a couple of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses it to moderate and manage our platforms, which I find quite beneficial.

I use Sprout Social to publish social media content easily across different networks, which saves a ton of time since I don't have to navigate to each platform separately. The robust metrics make reporting to leaders straightforward. I find the platform user-friendly with simple and straightforward workflows, allowing for customization without needing to be a genius to figure it out. The initial setup was easy for our small team, and connecting to our social media accounts was a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for managing my organization's corporate social media profiles, reporting, and listening. I find it especially helpful to have a one-stop shop for my team to see and plan all social media activity, which is great for scheduling out posts with appropriate workflow approvals. The tool is very user-friendly, and I've been using it for more than a decade. The interface and usability of Sprout Social made more sense for our team compared to other tools. The initial setup was very easy!

API limitations can be frustrating, but I understand those limitations are beyond the scope of what Sprout Social can control.

It's so helpful to schedule posts and stories

I don't like that you can't collab on Facebook nor stories and there is no music

What do you like best about the product?
The two features we use most in Sprout are scheduling and analytics. I love that I can jump in and see the work my colleagues have scheduled so we're all on the same page. It's also super convenient to see analytics from all platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I schedule, I cannot use the feature to schedule on multiple channels because of the way it shows up on the feeds. It is still a bit clunky. Additionally, sometimes the profiles become disconnected, and if you don't catch it right away, that can cause issues with consistent data.

Making scheduling easy, quick, and in one spot for multiple team members.
Powerful Social Media Management with Smart Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social as our social media management tool. It's wonderful for planning upcoming social media posts, such as special holidays and events, as well as significant news we need to share daily. The Smart Inbox is the best part; it's a unique tool that helps us find out what people are seeing about our organization. Scheduling posts with Sprout Social is so easy, and the calendar view helps us see what is upcoming. In addition, the support team is great and listens to feedback/feature requests. Last but not least, I think that pricing is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the "Listening" option were not an add-on - it is too expensive for us to use

I use Sprout Social to streamline our content calendar and manage social media. It helps me see where we're mentioned online and pull reports easily. The Smart Inbox is amazing for tracking mentions and simplifying communication.
Effortless Social Media Planning with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content for a corporate account, and I love how easy it is to build a post. Once I upload a photo or video, it's easy and intuitive to create a data-driven post in under a few minutes. I appreciate that it suggests alt text and tells me the best times to post. It makes it easy to plan my feed, use data to help my posts perform, and look back and reflect on past posts. Having the calendar view makes it easy for me to plan things out, know when things are going live, and drag things around easily. I also love that I can have my intern enter her own posts and send it through an approval flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a lot of features, so there is a bit of a learning curve. Even just knowing how to use the basics still makes this a superior tool, but a few months in I am still learning new features and analytics to dive into. Nothing confusing, just a ton of things to mess with. Their online chat feature makes it super easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes it easy to plan my feed, use data to help my posts perform, and reflect on past posts. It also suggests alt text and the best times to post, making it intuitive to create data-driven content quickly. It has made it easier to create a workflow between my intern, my coworker who also posts to the instagram post, and me. By creating an approval flow, I am able to save myself the work of tagging and labelling, but also make sure that everything that gets posted is run through the brand guidelines. We switched from Later and it was super easy to implement since we already used Sprout for analytics, and the setup is pretty intuitive.
Great All-in-One Social Tool, Missing Deep Reply Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social brings multiple social platforms together in one place, as well as its robust tagging structure that makes organizing and analyzing content much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more options and depth in the analytics, especially around replies sent to users. For example, it would be very helpful to track reactions and the overall outreach/impact of those replies in a more granular way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sprout Social, we were juggling multiple social platforms separately, which made it difficult to keep track of conversations, measure performance consistently, and collaborate as a team. With Sprout, we have everything in one place, which has streamlined our workflows and made it much easier to manage our social presence.
