What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social gives me a centralized place where I can see all my content organized by day. This feature greatly enhances my ability to schedule and manage content efficiently, particularly when handling multiple clients on platforms like Facebook. Additionally, I find the monitoring capabilities quite beneficial, as they allow me to keep track of all activities ranging from inbox messages to comments and boosts. This comprehensive view helps in easily managing engagement and ensuring that I don't miss any important interactions. Overall, these features significantly streamline my workflow and contribute to better organization and effective client management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the glitches in Sprout Social to be problematic. While I understand that these issues can occur with any software, they sometimes push my work too close together, which can be frustrating.

I use Sprout Social to schedule content on Facebook for clients and monitor page activity, centralizing all content by day and managing interactions efficiently.
All-in-One Social Platform with Intuitive Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a one-stop shop for most everything social professionals need to perform their work duties. Its tools are vast and relatively intuitive, and their customization options create a positive experience throughout the workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is an expensive tool, particularly the add-ons like social listening and advanced metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company receives a lot of customer service-related inquiries on social media that need quick addressing. Utilizing the Smart Inbox, I can quickly respond to and keep track of these various contact points and quickly forward information on to the proper parties to handle it. We post daily on various social platforms, and the composer makes it easy to publish and schedule content to these different places. Finally, the analytics (non-pro) give me the basics of what I need to report on social performance to leadership.

The scheduling feature as well as the ease of integration to platforms, and ease of use. I also like the smart inbox and the reporting featur,e and the visual details it includes.

The scheduling and reporting features are central to my experience with this product. They help me organize my tasks efficiently and keep track of progress, making my workflow much smoother.
A Must-Have for Marketing Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well Sprout Social works for the San Diego Association of Realtors. It is an exceptional time saver because we no longer have the time to post natively onto all the social media platforms that we manage, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The amount of time saved for my team is truly exceptional. I like the reporting tools Sprout Social offers, which allow me to compare our brand with competitors and condense data that shows engagement metrics. This feature is invaluable for reporting quarterly to our board of directors. The data analytics that the product provides are amazing, offering an unprecedented depth of information through the reporting tools, which surpasses anything I've seen before. I enjoy being able to create different data pulls to analyze engagement levels with our members over various time frames—this can be done instantly. The integration with Canva makes creating and posting social media straightforward and creative, and the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy. Overall, I find Sprout Social to be a perfect tool for my team and me, and I confidently recommend it to friends and colleagues, giving it a 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about the product?
TikTok data cannot be captured especially for comparing our performance with competitors and this is an essential part of our work especially for the data team.
The high cost, which limits the affordability to have it accessible to all team members is also quite a deterrent especially when organisations are cutting cost. This can sometimes make it less productive for the team to function as a whole.
It will also be great if we can add links for IG stories as we utilise it quite often.

Report generation across all social media platforms. most social media platform as well as the ability to schedule posts with differentiated captions at the best recommended timings for each platform have enabled a more seamless experience helping the team be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is; it has enabled us to involve members of our extended communications team in content creation and scheduling, making it a time saver across the board. I also appreciate the platform's ability to schedule content in bulk, which significantly reduces the time I spend on reporting. The Tags feature is particularly helpful in pulling specific content to report on much faster than doing it manually. Advocacy is another aspect I really like, as it allows employees worldwide to easily find content to share on their own channels, thereby increasing awareness of our company. The ease of filtering content that needs approval under the Needs Approval section is incredibly efficient, allowing us to quickly approve content across various business units. Additionally, we've had great support from the team since the beginning, as they are always ready to dive in when needed. Overall, the features offered by Sprout Social contribute to more efficient processes in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited filtering options available for content discovery in the Advocacy feature. The current search functionality is restricted to searching by title, which poses challenges when titles contain errors or when content hasn't been appropriately tagged. I wish there were more robust filter options to make finding content easier. Additionally, I cannot tag personal pages for LinkedIn when scheduling, although I've heard this might be a limitation with LinkedIn itself.

I find Sprout Social invaluable for bulk content scheduling and speeding up reporting. Its user-friendly platform involves our team in content creation efficiently, and Advocacy boosts our company's visibility through employee sharing.

The social listening features can be confusing to set up, particularly if your main goal is simply to monitor posts from specific accounts and you don't require additional analytics.

Instagram works hard to make custom options only available in their app. I wish there were a way to better approach those custom items through sprout, but I understand that's not Sprout Social's issue. Also, I think their "optimal time" suggestions need some tweaking.
