Simplicity at Its Best, Yet a Few Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly helpful for simplifying my workflow. I love how it allows me to have reviews, engagements, and posting all in one place instead of scheduling on native apps. This simplicity really helps keep my creativity going and makes my work process straightforward. Also, the initial setup was easy, which made getting started with Sprout Social a breeze.

accounts not linking. sometimes they just disconnect randomly

Sprout Social solves the problem of scheduling on native apps, keeps reviews, engagements, and posting in one place, and simplifies my workflow.
Revolutionary Analytics with Seamless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of information that Sprout Social shares from the company. It's not just about using it as a posting tool. I love that Sprout Social shares so much information and resources with their customers in terms of trends we're seeing in the marketplace, what we should be thinking about for social, and how we can get better. I just love the fact that Sprout Social is constantly thinking ahead and then sharing the information that they're finding to their clients to help us be better. The listening tool is a really amazing tool. Mostly because the amount of time I was spending previously on trying to research what others were saying about my organization or finding out about competitors was very time-consuming, and the social listening tool helps me move faster.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for deep analytics, moving beyond vanity metrics to set KPIs and analyze year-over-year trends. The reporting is more robust and comprehensive compared to any social media channel. The social listening tool saves time and offers detailed insights about my organization and competitors.
Simple, Flexible Interface Makes Client Post Approvals Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the interface is, but that there is also options to include as little or as many features as you want. I also like how easy it is for my clients to approve posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't revise your contract as needed. At our agency, we see a lot of flex in client volume. It would be nice to add and drop approval workflow seats as necessary, rather than have to wait to revise the contract annually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy for me to disseminate content across all of my clients platforms, while also keeping a central command for all of their notifications, DM's, reviews etc.
Essential Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Instagram grid planner feature because it's important to maintain a cohesive front-facing feed to customers. It lets me see upcoming posts and past posts and how they mesh with the other posts I’ve created to tell a cohesive brand story. I also found the initial setup of Sprout Social simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights tab feels a little messy to me. I feel like the layout at times feels unclear, and it's a bit difficult to navigate to what I want at times. I feel like it should show most recent insights of that week on the front page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me automate posting across platforms, find optimal times to post, and access insights easily.
Stellar UX, Powerful Scheduling, and Top-Notch Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout offers excellent support and superior performance when it comes to scheduling and integration. ROI for the value you get from the service is high, and the UX is stellar. The AI features included are very helpful and can be useful when utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any real downsides using Sprout Social at this time.

Sprout Social: Exceptional Reporting, Easy Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media monitoring, automation, and the reporting tool, which I love. Automating the publishing calendar for the entire month with Sprout Social takes away the worry of sending out daily social posts. I love the reporting feature because it covers everything that matters like impressions, engagement, and post link clicks. I've tried other social media tools, but none compare to Sprout's reporting - it's the best in the market. Setting up Sprout Social was super easy, and it connects to all of our company's social media profiles, like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Given all these features, I'm extremely likely to recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't @ mention people. So, the integration with LinkedIn could improve so that this could be featured in the tool. That way when I need to @ mention a person or a company, I don't have to do it manually within LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media monitoring, automation, and reporting. I love that I can automate social posts for the month and enjoy its excellent reporting features, which cover impressions and engagement.
Sprout Makes Planning, Scheduling, and Trend Analysis Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an incredible resource! It allows me to plan ahead, schedule content across all platforms and analyze data and trends all in one place. I would never be able to do what I do only using the individual platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that annoys me is that if a collab post originates from another account it doesn't populate on the calendar or in analytics for Meta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves all of my reporting problems and allows me to see our social media analytics in one place. I'm also a one person digital team so I would not be able to do my job without it.
Effortless Scheduling with Stellar Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar view and the ability to upload documents to posts. It's nice to see what I've got coming up, and it's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. We also post a lot of PDFs/carousel-type content. I like that I can do everything directly from Sprout Social now, unlike Hootsuite where I couldn't upload those documents and had to use LinkedIn directly for that feature. The initial setup was easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.

I use Sprout Social to manage LinkedIn pages, streamline scheduling, and duplicate posts. I like the calendar view for easy navigation and the ability to upload documents directly for PDF/carousel posts, which other platforms lacked.
Customizing Posts Per Network Makes Scheduling Across Platforms Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The "Customize post per network" feature has made it so much easier to schedule posts across platforms all at one time vs uploading each one manually. Also, our Sprout reps are always helpful whenever I have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "issue" I have with Sprout is when I post manually on TikTok and it takes a day for that post to appear in the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it easier for me to schedule content much easier and faster, by being able to customize a post per network.
Effortless Reporting with Minor Collaboration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy reporting by channel and account in Sprout Social. I'm able to easily pull visual reports that are easy to follow, which makes reporting to clients straightforward. Also, the initial setup was easy, which really helped us get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to identify collaboration posts. If a brand is added as a collaborator, it's shown in all reporting for all handles.

I use Sprout Social for reporting and social posting. It eases reporting with a unified content calendar, allowing me to easily pull visual reports that are straightforward to present to clients.
