Great for Team Collaboration, But Account Disconnects Are Frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with other teams. I can have our customer service team respond to DMs while our social manager is scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our accounts seem to disconnect frequently

Having everything I need in one space. It is easier to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly useful for its ease of use, which made setting it up very simple. The user interface is intuitive, allowing me to navigate and utilize its features with no hassle. The analytics builder stands out as a particularly valuable tool, offering the ability to customize reports, which I rely on heavily outside of the scheduler. The scheduler itself is a cornerstone of my workflow as a social media manager, facilitating a smooth process for content review and approval thanks to the commenting feature, which enables easy feedback. Additionally, the duplication feature simplifies the task of distributing content across multiple platforms. Overall, the combination of scheduling tools and analytics significantly eases my responsibilities as a social media manager. My positive experiences with Sprout Social's tech support also enhance my satisfaction with the platform. When I experienced an issue with the mobile publisher not sending push notifications, the support team was responsive, addressing the problem promptly and implementing a fix shortly thereafter. This high level of service gives me confidence in the platform’s ongoing reliability and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprout Social app could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social makes scheduling and reviewing content seamless with its features, like comments for feedback, duplication for multi-platform sharing, and robust analytics for report customization. This toolkit streamlines my social media management duties, improving productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and well organized, with useful reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools and benchmarks change often, and there have been inconsistencies with data. But I believe that may be a result of social media platforms, as opposed to Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes most of the social media tools that I need accessible in one place, which helps me not have to navigate different portals.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social since 2020 for managing all our organic social efforts, and I've found the platform particularly impressive in several ways. One of the features I love most is the Smart Inbox, which allows me to engage with people in real-time, providing timely customer support, especially crucial during crisis management. It seamlessly manages multiple platforms and monitors conversations across the internet and social platforms. This helps us engage with our audience and offer quick customer support and timely engagement. I also value the tags for reporting, which provide great metrics to evaluate our efforts. The listening tools are fantastic for understanding what competitors are discussing and identifying what stands out for our brand. Additionally, the AI chatbots are a significant asset, acting as the first line of defense by quickly routing people to the help they need, ensuring that by the time they reach a human, we have all the necessary information ready to provide assistance efficiently. The onboarding and initial setup experience was smooth due to regular syncs, where Sprout Social showcased various aspects of the tool, allowing us to get started quickly. Sprout Social's customer-centric approach, constantly taking feedback and updating their tools efficiently, along with their responsive customer support, further solidifies my appreciation for their service. Lastly, my decision to choose Sprout Social stemmed from its superior comparison against competitors, and these continuous improvements guarantee that this platform remains ahead of its peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to filter the Smart Inbox by Contact Lists, and currently, that's not a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to seamlessly manage multiple platforms and engage with our audience, ensuring prompt customer support. It provides crucial metrics through tags, has been invaluable in crisis management, and its listening tools enhance our engagement and brand monitoring efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has all the features I need as a SMM! From approvals, and content publishing to social listening, it is a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more of a visual element to Sprout as someone who primarily uses this as a social asset organization tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-approval chains and steps between agencies and clients, organizing content, tagging, and reporting. It allows our angency to manage all of our main needs for social in one area.

I think just having a calendar for ideas, where it’s not something that we want to schedule but a place to drop it all for review, edits, and assets.

Intuitive UI, But Instagram API Limits Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI because it’s very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things about Sprout I don’t like are more to do with the API limitations other programs have that limit what Sprout can do. Especially Instagram, it can be difficult to use sprout to manage comments and things through sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful and reliable reporting!! It helps me a lot with my monthly reports on the accounts I run. I also think the tag feature helps me assess visually what topics I may be missing or leaning on too much.

What do you like best about the product?
The report section is great because it allows you to customize your reports according to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the platform. For instance, when it comes to tagging—especially on LinkedIn—I consistently encounter issues. I often have to perform the tagging directly within the platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple clients, and multiple accounts for each client, easy. Scheduling is relatively seamless and monitoring is great. Getting your accounts and profiles connected only takes a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're reporting isn't as great as some other options out there.

It's taken the hassle out of monitoring and scheduling posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms.
