Great for Social Insights, Needs Better User Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to see social insights and easily navigate through various channels and areas within the platform. Community management is also a huge key part in our organization and Sprout provides us the ability to easily complete our key functions, ensuring we do not miss important partners / opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations within these capabilities. It is difficult to have visibility into which users are doing what. A function to be able to assign tasks would be a great value add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently solving the ability to navigate community management functions. This is to better solve for responding to consumer questions / comments / engagement. This allows our organization to communicate and connect with our community all in one place.

My favorite aspects of Sprout Social are:
1. The messaging feature that allows for engaging with comments and messages via Sprout

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social creates a unified place to work out of, as opposed to managing multiple apps and platforms separately.
Insightful Analytics, But Social Listening Could Be More Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
l love the analytics portion the most, it gives great insight to performance and educates us about our strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social listening was more refined and not as costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eases some of the process in scheduling content and teaches us from an analytical standpoint what resonates with our audience.
Sprout Social Streamlines Management, But Platform Customization Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I've utilized Sprout Social and Sprout Influencer -Sprout Social has been a great tool for keeping all of our social media efforts organized and streamlined. I really like being able to track different profiles in one place and quickly see performance insights without pulling separate reports. The dashboard is clean and pretty intuitive, and I’ve found the scheduling and approval workflows helpful for staying on top of content. We also like being able to monitor messages and comments in one inbox – makes community management so much easier. Overall, it saves time and helps keep everything consistent across channels. Sprout Influencer has changed the way Tagger worked overall and seems to be relying on more data estimation than real data which has been frustrating.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was managing lots of social content, having to make all the copies per platform vs being able to fine tune per platform was irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us streamline our social media workflow by bringing publishing, reporting, and community management into one platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools and trying to track conversations or performance manually, Sprout centralizes everything and makes it easy to collaborate as a team. The ability to monitor and respond to messages quickly has improved our response time, and the built-in reporting saves us a ton of time pulling data across platforms. Overall, it's helped us stay more organized, proactive, and efficient with our social presence.
All-in-One Platform That Covers Everything
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is that it serves as an all-in-one platform. The ability to tag content for analysis is especially useful, and I like the feature that suggests optimal days and times for better engagement. Since I manage multiple accounts, I also value being able to create a post for one channel and easily adapt it for others within the same workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the platform.

Posting to multiple platforms, that require changes per platform, all at the same time.
Convenient Scheduling and Calendar, But Approval Process Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient to be able to schedule posts at my own convenience; easy duplication of posts; the calendar view is very useful for seeing holes in the schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
The "approval" process for moderated posts is a bit clunky, and it's cumbersome to try to find and repost any "expired" posts; the way that Instagram posts are set up is not intuitive

Juggling various social media accounts--Sprout Social is very useful for staying on top of things and avoiding confusion
Comprehensive Social Analytics, Minor Gaps in Paid Spend Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and comprehensive Social Analytics Platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some marginal errors which can be avoided such as not reporting TikTok paid spends or Threads component of Meta spends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves for the problem of visiting the business suite of various social media platforms by bringing all data under the same roof. It saves me time.
Great Publishing Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's consistent uplevel of publishing capabilities/platform nuance included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Profile disconnections are unfortunate and too frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for our agency. Good publishing, aligned with best practice, reporting.
User-Friendly Interface, But Connectivity and Reporting Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very user friendly, with a nice interface that offers a lot to it's users. There is also a lot of information to be found on Sprout. I am on Sprout very frequently, and using the One Sheets, which are very helpful. The analytics that it pulls are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new changes make things a bit more difficult with connectivity/authentication, and the reporting tool is not always useful (One Sheets are great though). I miss having a 1:1 customer support tech. The customer support currently is very quick to respond and is helpful, but I do miss having a designated support person who knew our campaigns. I would also love for you to be able to add brand fit score explanations to One Sheet reports and to be able to automatically send emails to reauthenticate creators in Sprout once their authentication expires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is the most helpful when we are sourcing for our campaigns and when we are pulling analytics for our end of year reporting. The analytics and profile information found on Sprout , along with the One Sheet reports are very integral to our sourcing and approval process. And the analytics pulled for each post, along with calculated ER are very helpful.
Effortless Post Reviews, But Too Many Email Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
It does make reviewing posts for publishing very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of how many e-mails I receive to review one post. There should be an option to select to only send 1 email to reviewers for a set of the same posts across different platforms.
