User-Friendly and Reliable

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very user-friendly and easy to use. It's reliable, and I trust the platform. I can manage my social media calendar, schedule posts ahead of time, and post to multiple accounts at once. The initial setup went smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every month or two, one or more of our profiles disconnects from Sprout Social, and the automated email that gets sent to our team is overly intense with a subject line of 'URGENT ACTION REQUIRED'. It always catches my team off guard and I wish the language was a little different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my social media calendar, schedule posts ahead of time, and post to multiple accounts at once with Sprout Social.

I like how Sprout Social's inbox streamlines all our messaging into one place, making it easy to respond to followers. The calendar feature is great for scheduling content well in advance and posting in the moment. It's also easy for content tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still can't switch to direct message directly from a comment on TikTok, or LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar layout of the publishing calendar. It makes it easy to view everything at once. I appreciate the approval workflow option as there are multiple people that run our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I do not know how to use that clutter my dashboard and menu. It isn't extremely user friendly. I sometimes struggle with using it as a newer social media manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my need for a planning calendar that tracks everything where I can visually see the months ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the reports to understand how we're growing on each channel and to understand what type of content is performing best. I also like the link in bio capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is designed for large teams, rather than operations where one person manages all social media channels.

Metrics reporting to prove that my work is supporting the goals of my organization.

Streamlined Social Media Management with Intuitive Features

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to run our social media accounts, and it helps me solve scheduling and content calendar issues. I like that everything is in one place, accessible, and easily adjustable. I enjoy the inbox feature where I can view notifications from every platform and respond in real time. I also like that when I'm scheduling content, it automatically recommends the best dates and times for posting, which streamlines my process and allows me to focus more on the content itself. The review process with my manager is another feature I enjoy, as it mitigates approval conversations outside the platform and lets us communicate and edit without endless meetings or emails. I also find Sprout Social to be user-friendly and easy to learn, and it was very easy to set up as a new user under our enterprise team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I don't utilize all the features that I could be utilizing, but can sometimes find the training modules to be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves scheduling and content calendar issues, and keeps everything accessible and adjustable. The inbox feature helps me respond in real time across platforms. It recommends optimal posting times, streamlines the approval process, and reduces the need for meetings or emails.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Simple to use, and only one complaint.

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage all of our social media accounts in one place, and the reporting features are detailed and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When posting to multiple platforms if you are including tags for pages then you have to open up multiple tabs for the post. For instance if you do a regular post with no tags you can post it to Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, X, etc. all with one click, but if there is one or more tags, then you have to do each post individually, rather than being able to do it all in one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage social media pages for several of our locations and it can be difficult to keep track of them all, but Sprout keeps them all in one place and keeps everything simple.
