Streamlines Work Effortlessly with Great Reporting and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The way it streamlines my work and makes things much easier. Love the reporting and listening features as well. Scheduling posts done easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIN messaging not being available is a downside. No auto save draft feature for social. Wish you could search for posts rather than having too enter a label/tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts my time down for work. Can be more of a one stop shop without having too use many different products.
Easy to Navigate, Could Use Additional Publishing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate from different features (i.e. reports, publishing, listening, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain publishing features being unavailable or difficult to navigate - i.e. IG tagging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all my clients accounts, schedules, and analytics all in one place - rather than having to log in via each platform and constantly switch off. It also makes analytical reporting MUCH easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sprout Social is while also being incredibly capable. It offers everything from basic scheduling to detailed analytics and even sentiment monitoring, all in one place. The platform’s all-in-one solution significantly simplifies my workflow by bridging multiple social media platforms and accounts, saving me considerable time. The ability to schedule social media posts across four different brands and report analytics and best times to post in a centralized location stands out as a key benefit. Overall, I find Sprout Social to be both very powerful and approachable, which is a rare combination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that profiles get disconnected occasionally, particularly with LinkedIn, which is quite frequent. This could be more of a LinkedIn issue than a Sprout Social one, but it still impacts my experience. Additionally, setting up Instagram is frustrating because I cannot simply log into a standard Instagram account; it must be a Business account connected to Facebook. This requirement makes it difficult to connect Instagram accounts, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms for various brands, consolidating tasks into one place and saving time. It also provides analytics and optimal posting times, enhancing efficiency.

Sprout Social is very user friendly, allowing us to easily understand and pull metrics for reporting, as well as schedule content and plan our calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some analytic and reporting features require an enhanced contract to access, which can be costly.

With Sprout, we have benefitted from trusted reporting year-over-year, allowing us to build multi-year strategy and refine our content processes.

I really appreciate Sprout Social's scheduling capabilities. It's incredibly easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms, allowing me to customize social media copy for different times. This flexibility greatly enhances our ability to engage with our audience effectively. Additionally, the platform provides straightforward access to various reports and metrics, streamlining the process of analyzing performance across platforms and sharing insights with relevant parties. The approval process is another standout feature; it empowers me to forward queries to my manager or assign cases, ensuring that I'm not hindered by uncertainties. The Sprout Inbox further complements my workflow by consolidating communications and making collaboration more efficient. Overall, Sprout Social's features significantly improve my productivity and facilitate seamless teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think social listening doesn't work super well for me because it picks up on things that we post ourselves and that messes up the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to effortlessly schedule posts across platforms, seamlessly alter social copy for various audiences, and efficiently review and share different metrics reports. The AI and approval features enhance my workflow, allowing streamlined team communication and decision-making.
Great to get started
What do you like best about the product?
Affordable and easy to use
This is the first and only social media platform that I've ever used, so don't have anything to compare it to. But, it's easy to use and manage a high volume of posts, and also easy to generate reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
No version history tracking - can't see previous versions of posts, so hard to see what edits were made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to create and manage social posts in excel anymore
Helpful Posting Times, But Interface Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I quite enjoy the recommended posting times. I'm not entirely sure if they enhance engagement, but it is very helpful to not have to think about the exact timing of our posts and select the 1-5 star time slots instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has become a bit buggy. It is not as easy to reschedule posts from the calendar view. Also, when trying to view all the posts scheduled for one singular day, it brings in posts from later in the week to that day's interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule posts very far in advance, which is helpful as a sports team. We have a busy season and not as busy offseason, both of which benefit from being able to think far ahead. It also allows us to easily compare YOY and YTD social analytics. This is something we use regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface of Sprout Social. As a social media manager with over a decade of experience using various tools, I find Sprout Social to be my favorite by far. The platform is the easiest to use, and it simplifies training for new team members. Additionally, I appreciate working with our account team at Sprout Social. They have been instrumental in helping us with general industry trends by pulling quarterly reports for us and assisting with our strategy. It's a little bit of everything that makes their support invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the advocacy tool within Sprout Social lacking in some features. Particularly, the reporting capabilities are not as robust as I would like. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more advanced filtering options, such as the ability to filter out posts with specific tags when generating post-level reports. I've communicated this need to their product team, but it remains an area needing improvement.

AI integration makes posting easier and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to pull reports -- fast and easy. And like the cross-channel charts within the reports. Also like the AI best time to post feature and AI Alt text.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's incredibly. difficult to pull up people and pages when trying to tag them, especially for LinkedIn. Listening feature is hard to figure out and use correctly

We are better able to collaborate on posts. The cross-channel reporting feature is the most beneficial.
