Streamlined Social Support Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to process comments quickly in the Smart Inbox is invaluable, particularly for a team that handles multiple social pages with thousands of comments that don't actually need a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to have keyword triggers to flag priority messages would be nice, as would being able to have more bulk solve options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly shift through the noise and get to folks who actually need support. This is extremely important for a barebones social support team. Without this tool there's no way we would be able to help everybody who comes to us on social networks or measure the volume of particular issues in that channel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider whether you have time to actually review every single comment your page(s) receive. Keyboard shortcut mode in the smart inbox makes it easy to breeze through comments, but there aren't a lot of bulk solve options, so you could potentially waste a lot of time clearing comments not needing answers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows you to streamline your social media workflows for optimal engagement and interaction with your community. All your internal and audience communications are in a central location and pertinent content scheduling and analytics are right at your fingertips. If you want to see the big picture on your in-house and client social media accounts, from team performance to community engagement, Sprout Social has you covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not any particular features that stick out as dislikes at this time. Perhaps the time from novice to expert can be a bit tedious. However, I believe this is a necessary process to attain efficiency and become skilled in social media management and strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, we're solving our problems of a) efficient social media management and content delivery and b) streamlined community engagement. Our content strategy and creation workflow times have dramatically decreased and our social media community management capabilities have significantly increased since our adoption of Sprout Social. Now, we no longer have to hunt through several Excel spreadsheets for create and schedule content or create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. All of team communications, content, and analytics are in one space, which makes for quicker new hire on-boarding, training, and management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to setup your demo and have a walkthrough with a Sprout representative. Once you see the ease of use and practicality offered by the platform, I have no doubt you will have found your forever Social Media Management solution.
Ease of use, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Gib went over and above on our kick off calls - transparently explaining the various features of the platform and followed up and acted quickly upon any concern I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landscape by Sprout social is a great tool for resizing images for different formats - this should be integrated with the platform! Also, the scheduling feature could use some beefing up - but overall a very user friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small, resource constrained marketing team we needed an easy to use, readily industrialized solution. Sprout provided great insight into the performance and monitoring of all of our social media channels that we previously didn't have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start a trial - you'll see its much easier to use than competing vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the costumer service and analytics available. I wish it was easier to schedule via phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram instigation just became available, that seems a tad late to my review. Additionally, I wish there were more video capabilities available outside of Facebook.

Planning, scheduling, and keeping our creative department ahead of schedule.

It always works even when FB Business manager does not.

Nothing to complain about, it has always worked easily.

Check it out! Definitely useful, at least as a backup.
Better than Buffer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple personalities under one log-in is a massive strength of Sprout Social, though it does have a limitation related to Google +. But what I like so much is how easy it is to use both in the browser and on a mobile device. That plus the reporting really helps deliver value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Google+ Integration. Mobile App could be more feature rich and take better advantage of social login and authentication. Even better would be fingerprint (Apple Touch) to log in. Passwords are so yesterday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple accounts for multiple clients is a big time saver. Getting all my reports in one place makes it easy to see at a glance what's working and what's not.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout Social is easy to use and includes great tools for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of compatibility with Facebook and Instagram APIs.

Allows us to oversee 14+ branded twitter accounts via one platform.
The perfect platform for beginners and experts
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is very user friendly and intuitive. The system works naturally with your workflow, and has an abundance of features that allows you to work almost entirely in Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike so far are minor. There is a small glitch to where if you type in the schedule time, the numbers flash, but this doesn't happen if you scroll through the numbers. One other thing I dislike is that in the smart inbox does not tell you if your page is mentioned in a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout's Smart Inbox has made monitoring all of my pages and platforms so easy, and leaves me certain that I have reviewed all messages and interactions my pages have received. The approval process in Sprout has made communication with my clients 10 times easier through their ability to quickly approve all content, in it's latest versions, in one place, or to leave comments or suggestions.
Sprout Social has made managing and evaluating my multiple social media pages so much simpler!

Alerts when a post is overperforming are really helpful in finding what works and replicating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vagueness of measurement tools. Ex: What is the range of page performance scores?

I am trying to determine which Of many programs my non profit should continue and this has been so helpful in comparing side by side
Great product for social media marketing! Possibly the best tool on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it was it connect to all social media accounts, as well as, post to all accounts. The platform is very easy to navigate and their customer service and training team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really I liked everything about the platform but I do not do social media marketing enough to justify the cost, which is a little pricey for what I do in social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to post, track and shorten my time of managing my clients social media accounts, which this product does a great job of doing. If the cost of the program was less I would continue to use them but until i bring in more social media clients, which I do not plan on doing, it is too expensive for my business.
