Great for Scheduling, But Video Uploads Need Improvement

Having a one stop place to schedule social media content

videos are difficult to upload sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps cut down on time spent publishing content, so I can spend more time creating and refining content.
Excellent Team Collaboration, Minor Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for monitoring posts between a team of coworkers. It allows for posting to multiple channels at once, and even copying for new channels to make only minor edits without starting from scratch. It also allows any of the team's users to make edits for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are mostly integration-based glitches. If tagging another user in a post, Meta becomes irrelevant because you have to post in Facebook and Instagram separately to make the tags work. Little nuances like that, or where comments show up based on replying in Sprout vs directly from socials, can just make a couple of things to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps streamline posting to be quicker among social media outlets and allows for peer review in one space.
Best-in-Class Reporting and Innovative Features Make Sprout Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout's reporting and analytics truly stand out as best-in-class. In my experience, there isn't a better report builder available. Sprout has proven to be an excellent technology partner, consistently delivering on their promises. They regularly introduce new features and continually push the boundaries of what a social platform can offer. It's an incredibly advanced platform that is very easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more integrations in the platform; however, we are very happy with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout for social media management, reporting, and community management. As a rapidly growing brand that depends heavily on social media for brand awareness, we find tremendous value in the platform. It’s important for us to understand our performance beyond just engagement rates. We also need to compare our results to competitors at the placement level, and Sprout provides that capability.
Great Scheduling & Engagement, Needs Media Library Improvement

We primarily use Sprout for scheduling and engagement, and it’s the best tool for us. We also like their reporting
Centralized Social Management, But UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been great in managing all of our different social accounts in one place and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface designs sometimes makes it difficult to find what I am looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to schedule out content in advance for clients and look at how we are doing, Sprout is helping us do all of those things with easy analytic tools and scheduling features
Mass-Tagging Made Easy, But Posting to IG/FB Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I do love mass-tagging posts for tracking purposes, it's been a massive help to our social team that managers over a dozen accounts. Being able to mass-tag posts while also being able to get granular for more specific tags has made our social team's life a lot easier while also granting our business development and sales teams easier access to higher quality data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that posting to vertical videos platforms was more consistent. We've had to stop using Sprout to post to Instagram and Facebook entirely on some accounts due to multiple different failures, including: tags and hashtags not appearing or appearing as error messages; posts going up later than the scheduled time, and sometimes not posting at all; posts being rejected and failing to post. In the end, we've gone back to posting natively on FB/IG on our biggest handles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was a disconnect between our sales team and our social team -- with automated tagging from Sprout, we can now send automated reports directly to our sales leads whenever they need them, for up-to-the-minute data on how our posts perform on social platforms and how much we should be charging ad partners.
Great for Social Management, But Needs Better Organic Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily manage our social media upload, being able to view metrics & our customer support team can easily manage the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for us is not being able to fully view organic only metrics. Our paid media spend is factored into the IG/ FB metrics so there isn't a way to pull only organic information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage messages and comments from our Social Platforms all in one space.
Best for Team Collaboration, Though Learning Curve Exists
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many different social media platforms and Sprout is by far the best. The ability to collaborate with my team on our workflow and automate reporting has greatly made us more effective and efficient in our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a little comp[lex for people to learn at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all of our messages and posts for all of our accounts in one space is paramount to our success.
Sprout Social Simplifies Management, But Needs Better LinkedIn Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sprout Social because it makes managing social channels so much easier. Everything’s in one place—publishing, engagement, analytics, even listening—so it actually feels manageable instead of messy. The Smart Inbox is especially great for keeping track of conversations across platforms, and the reporting is clean and super easy to share. It’s one of the few tools that helps turn social interactions into real insights I can act on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the shortcomings the platform has with LinkedIn visibility, especially because I work through that platform the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has taken a lot of the manual work out of managing social. I don’t have to piece together data from different platforms anymore—everything lives in one dashboard. The built-in reports are clear, fast to generate, and actually useful for showing impact, which means less time spent on spreadsheets and more time focusing on strategy.
Intuitive Scheduling and Collaboration, But Needs Better Social Feed Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The content scheduling features are so easy to use and intuitive with easy workflows for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a page that integrated social feeds. Community management is also about interacting where you may not be tagged or mentioned. It would be nice to have an approval system for interacting on the content of others.

Allows our team to more easily collaborate on content creation, scheduling, and community management.
