Effortless Scheduling, Needs Broader Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature on the monitoring where it shows the thumbs up or negative or positive button. It just saves me a lot of time reading, since I can easily identify the negative ones to flag to the team. Also, I think it's easier to schedule things on Sprout Social than using some in-platform scheduling tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mentioned it earlier, but the social listening, I like it. I do wish it was a little more in-depth. We have trouble specifically with LinkedIn. Items being pulled from LinkedIn. It usually misses things that we'll have to find manually searching on the LinkedIn site, as well as I wish there was a TikTok monitoring feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social monitoring and scheduling posts. It's easier to schedule than some platforms. The monitoring quickly shows positive or negative sentiments, saving me time, but I wish it included TikTok and had more in-depth social listening for Instagram and LinkedIn. I also wish you could filter monitoring by platform instead of showing all platforms at once.
Easy Reporting Setup That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use setting up reporting is easy and the ability to tag people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to setup or change configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really like the ease of use and the dashboard. It gives us a comprehensive view of our performance.
Efficient Scheduling with Some Navigation Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to view the calendar across many platforms in one place. It simplifies tracking as an approver to see what's moving. We often schedule across 4-5 platforms for two different organizations on a daily basis, and Sprout Social allows me to do this in a single window without toggling between a bunch of tabs. It saves me much needed time in my day-to-day. It was also great to have a dedicated person to help us set it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The panel navigation on the side can be a bit confusing to find things, and there is an issue with the link in bio where we cannot attach a link if there's a video in the Instagram carousel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our approval and scheduling process and saves time by managing multiple platforms in one window. It also tracks social chatter that informs content production.
Easy Scheduling, Helpful AI Content Tools, and Solid Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule posts and edit, it's got a new AI feature that helps with content. Reporting gives you what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't that simple to navigate and I find the app difficult to use, which isn't ideal as I need for when I'm posting on the go or need to schedule a post during events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to get analytics for our posts, which helps us understand what resonates with our audience, so we can tailor it around them. It would be good to get some post feedback on the tool.
Easy Multi-Platform Scheduling with Per-Platform Editing and Drag-and-Drop Media
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms -- especially being able to edit the post per platform. It's also easy to drag and drop media into each post.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an API for Glassdoor. Having more API options would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social demystifies analytics and makes it easy to find top posts. I can also tag (categorize) posts, so I know what types of posts perform well.
JPS Sprout Social Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to post to multiple platforms at the same time. I also love it's report analytics features that allow our team to see how people are engaging and what's working about our social media and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to this tool for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves us time. Plain and simple. We have dozens of schools and more than 17,000 employees and our office is responsible for all internal and external communications. Time is a luxury we need! Sprout give us that.
Revolutionized Our Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI integrations of best time to post and alt text in Sprout Social; they are awesome. I also love the reporting functions that allow me to pull quick data across post, campaign, or profile performance. These features let me quickly schedule my posts for the best reach possible, which is important to me as a one-person social media team. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging functionality isn't always great or easy to use. I wish this was easier/better for LinkedIn and Facebook. It would be great to be able to click the name once it's in the post copy being scheduled, just so I can make sure I got the correct profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me manage all my social media messages in one place, find the best times to post, and pull quick performance data. Its AI integrations help schedule posts effectively, which is crucial as I manage social media alone.
Turns social media from a task into a measurable business channel
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how effectively it centralizes social media management without sacrificing depth. The platform makes it easy to manage publishing, engagement, listening, and reporting in one place, which saves a meaningful amount of time and reduces friction across our team.
The analytics and reporting tools are especially valuable — they’re robust enough to provide real insight, but intuitive enough that reports can be generated and shared quickly with stakeholders who aren’t social media experts. The listening tools are another standout, helping us identify relevant conversations and opportunities we likely would have missed otherwise.
Overall, Sprout strikes a strong balance between usability and sophistication, which makes it a reliable day-to-day tool rather than just a reporting platform we check occasionally.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback of Sprout Social is the cost, particularly as you scale users or add advanced features. For smaller teams or organizations just starting out, the pricing can feel steep relative to how much of the platform they’re actively using.
There are also areas where deeper customization would be helpful — especially in reporting and listening. While the tools are powerful, certain reports can feel somewhat rigid, and tailoring them to very specific internal metrics or audiences sometimes requires workarounds.
Lastly, because Sprout offers so many features, there can be a learning curve for new users. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does require intentional onboarding to ensure teams fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. (Sprout Social provides superb onboarding. They won't let you fail)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of fragmented, reactive social media management by bringing publishing, engagement, listening, and analytics into a single, structured workflow. Before using Sprout, it was difficult to consistently monitor conversations, track performance across platforms, and translate social activity into insights that mattered to stakeholders.
By centralizing these functions, Sprout allows us to be more proactive and intentional. We can identify relevant conversations through listening, respond more efficiently through the Smart Inbox, and clearly demonstrate impact through reporting. This has improved internal alignment, reduced manual work, and made social media a more measurable and strategic part of our marketing efforts rather than an ad-hoc task.
Ultimately, Sprout helps us move from “posting content” to managing social media as a true business channel with accountability and insight.

Streamlined Social Media Management but Needs Better Conversation Tracking
