User-Friendly with Customizable Reports, But Meta Data Can Be Inaccurate

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use, as well as the robust reporting features. I also like that the reporting widgets can be customized to suit my specific needs. I also really like that Sprout shows the optimal times to posts for each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't always accurate with Meta and the data can be off. The posting feature can also be glitchy and have issues,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me time by allowing me to pre schedule my social posts and also recommends optimal posting times. The platform also saves me a ton of time in reporting and manually pulling analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, ease of cross-posting onto multiple platforms and pulling reports from multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever-increasing costs, and pushes to upgrade for features that don't actually make sense for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm one person in charge of a sophisticated social media strategy for 3 brands across 10+ platforms, and even on the go I can use the mobile app to stay on top of my organization's content needs. The easy user interface also makes it easier for me to train my colleagues on the software when they cover for me when I'm OOO.

Great Platform, Bust Costly

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pretty nice. Great features. Time-of-day scheduling was very helpful, and the ability to post on multiple platforms at once was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest problem was the cost. It took a while to learn. Some features were not intuitive and left room for error, such as if you are viewing one client's calendar then create a post, it autopopulates a post for the last client who you made a post for - not for the client whose calendar you're viewing. Also some of the features were just overly in-depth and complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped me post to multiple platforms at once efficiently. It helped me understand general sentiments of my clients online.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's social listening technology, as it allows me to understand what people are saying about our organization. The ability to keep everything in one place with Sprout Social makes managing tasks more efficient for my team. These features provide a comprehensive understanding of our brand's perception in the marketplace, ensuring that our communication strategies are well-informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some challenges with the onboarding process of Sprout Social. During the initial setup, some features or aspects were not quite ready yet, which required further communication and adjustments with the service. These challenges made the onboarding process initially difficult, although everything eventually worked out.

Sprout Social keeps everything in one place, enhancing efficiency and providing valuable social listening to understand public sentiment about our organization.

Most helpful is campaign organization for the influencer side.

I wish there were more in depth metrics and better creator communication.

The platform enhances strategic posting by making frequent and well-timed social media updates easier. I appreciate the ability to track engagement metrics like impressions, which supports more strategic content dissemination. Engaging with our audience is streamlined through the Smart Inbox feature, effectively organizing interactions and making my work more strategic. Furthermore, the initial setup was incredibly smooth, facilitating quick integration of multiple platforms for immediate use. These capabilities are crucial for enhancing brand engagement and achieving marketing goals across social media, making it an indispensable tool for anyone looking to elevate their social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of tagging people on Instagram and integrating with Reels to be somewhat cumbersome. The integration isn't seamless, particularly when using native Instagram features for video editing, which makes it challenging to keep up with trends. I wish the platform made posting videos easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social streamlines managing multiple social media platforms, simplifies posting, enhances strategic timing, tracks engagement, and centralizes efforts. It frees up more time for creative work and improves strategic communication with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's user experience to be particularly approachable, which makes it easy to navigate and use. This positive aspect of the user interface and user experience greatly enhances my interaction with the platform, making it more intuitive and user-friendly compared to other tools. The platform seems to offer valuable solutions for influencer identification and social content best practices, serving as an effective tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sprout Social could improve in terms of providing more accurate benchmarking. The current benchmarks do not always meet my expectations for precision, affecting the reliability of the insights I gather. Additionally, I feel there should be more dimensions for identifying influencers, as the current features can be somewhat limiting in scope. This limitation restricts my ability to fully leverage influencer data for effective social strategies. Furthermore, the initial setup process was not very easy for me. Despite the acquisition by Tagger, I encountered login issues, which made the transition less seamless than expected.

I use Sprout Social for influence identification and social content best practices, offering a user-friendly UX/UI experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's calendar view because it gives me an easy and clear overview of what's going out for the week or the month. I also appreciate the ease of posting on more than one platform at a time, which creates a seamless workflow and saves me time. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are included like adding music or carousels. I'm unable to link music to posts so I have to manually post those assets through the platform. Adding all features that the platforms each have would help prevent this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to easily schedule posts ahead of time, view my content calendar clearly for the week or month, and post on multiple platforms at once, saving time with a seamless workflow.
