Great program for scheduling social media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is amazing for creating, automated tagging and scheduling posts to twitter, Facebook etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to schedule Instagram posts online and ability to check if the proper tags and handles are correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time and hassle when live at an event and allows for face time with our consumers instead of trying to live update everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing and worth a try!
Solid tool for an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox has been a gamechanger for our workflow. It's extremely valuable to have all our notifications, mentions, messages using VIP keywords all pulled into one simple feed. We feel confident we're addressing important issues and not missing any threats or opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky when it comes to content discovery. We supplement Sprout with Tweetdeck and a few other tools to help us find content that doesn't find it's way into our smart inbox because it doesn't mention our brand or hit one of our keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's increased our ability to engage and reach more audience members than before. We're participating as an active member of our community vs just expecting them to engage with us or around us. It's also been a huge time saver when it comes to pulling analytics. We still do a lot of reporting manually but for things like Twitter/Instagram followers and other things the platforms do not include in their native downloads, having Sprout has been a HUGE way to save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social may not have every bell and whistle you need in a social media management platform but they're extremely thoughtful in their approach to building out their tool. I've been using them for several years and they really take customer feedback to heart while also ensuring they're launching new features when they're ready. Unlike other tools I've used or demo'ed they don't just build something for the sake of being able to say they have it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you have the ability to see your posts in a weekly setting or in a monthly setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I highly, highly, dislike how you can't have to users logged in at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving not having to post things on our social media platforms manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please make it possible for multiple users to be logged on at the same time especially when they are monitoring multiple accounts and we need multiple users.
Sprout Social is a great social media publishing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I’m able to schedule content across multiple platforms at once
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to navigate through Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down time on scheduling content for the multiple clients I have. It makes it easier to keep track of the content I schedule and if it went out.
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I spend most of my day using Sprout Social to manage our social media channels along with checking in with our support staff to assist with incoming messages from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could upload GIFs onto Facebook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media platforms, pulling analytics and customer support assistance.
Decent Platform, Poor Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reports, which are very comprehensive and good for clients who don't understand social. I also love the inbox that puts all your social messages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive the platform is for what it does. Paying FULL price for employees who use 1/4 of the services? Give me a break. There should be price points for different levels of platform usage and a discount when employees are added on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped with scheduling and reports. Nothing special though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready to pay A LOT for a little.
Best social media management tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is incredibly user-friendly and their customer service is amazing. I have never been disappointed, it has always been easy to make inquiries and learn how to use new features. I especially love their report features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dashboard of received messages doesn't clear quite often, even after I have checked off the messages. However, any time I have used Live Chat to fix this problem, it is solved in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small marketing team of only 3 people, Sprout's easy scheduling made a huge difference in terms of time-saving.
The report system is so succinct and has allowed us to track and analyze month-to-month and adjust our strategies accordingly.
It's great to be able to track key words, especially when people mention our company but don't tag us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be disappointed, and you won't want to leave!
Sprout Social will be the right tool for some businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Well-organized dashboard. Of the features Sprout Social offers, the way it organizes information is the most advantageous. It, separates subject matter into six distinct areas: Messages, Tasks, Feeds, Publishing, Discovery, and Reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social limits user access to four social networks: Twitter, Facebook, Google+ page, LinkedIn and a single Feedly RSS reader account. The platform does not integrate with Pinterest or Instagram. This is unfortunate given the growth of visually oriented networks. That paired with the extremely high cost are the biggest cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing the ability to monitor relevant conversations, giving us the ability to never miss an opportunity to engage with our demographic at key moments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your goals for social media, and how a software plan would fit into that. If you're looking for conversation and engagement management, or maybe you're just looking for analytics and scheduling. There are a lot of options out there that are a little more cost-friendly and can still help you achieve your goals. If cost is not a large issue, Sprout Social is a great platform with great customer service.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I used Sprout Social for about a year. It was the first platform I used to manage multiple social media accounts. It worked just as intended.
What do you dislike about the product?
If felt a little basic compared to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting once to multiple accounts
One-stop Shop for Consistent Editorial Calendar, Content Promotion
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely simple to move through and around. Going from checking incoming messages to scheduling recurring content is a breeze. If you are managing a wide variety of brand pages under one roof, this is a win as well
What do you dislike about the product?
System can be bugged where it says X or Y number of replies still require response but do not appear. Showing what content is scheduled for when could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued contact with audience. Editorial Calendar usage.
