What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for approximately four years primarily for social moderation and brand listening. I truly appreciate how incredibly easy it was to implement and execute. The setup was seamless; I could plug in our different platforms effortlessly and begin to learn how to manage and create different inboxes according to our specific use cases. This ease of use is undoubtedly one of the top reasons I would purchase it again. Sprout Social effectively solves problems related to both brand listening and content moderation by allowing us to handle the bulk of DMs and comments efficiently. Additionally, the reporting capabilities are fantastic, as they consolidate all social platforms into one space, which is extremely helpful. The flexibility to set up different workflows and custom inboxes tailored to our use cases is a significant plus that enhances our team’s operations on social media. This functionality is extremely effective and well-suited to our needs. Overall, I would highly recommend Sprout Social, scoring it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding it a bit annoying that Sprout Social requires a code every time I log in. Even though we are trying to remember it, this extra step has been a little bit of an inconvenience. It might just be a setting we need to adjust, but it's been a recent hassle for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for brand listening and content moderation, centralizing social platforms in one space, improving our team's efficiency and responsiveness to DMs and comments.
User-Friendly, Empowering Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Sprout Social, as it has been an integral part of my workflow for the past two years. The reports it generates are particularly impressive, making complex social media data digestible and understandable for my superiors, which greatly aids in decision-making. I also appreciate the employee advocacy feature, which empowers our internal team to effectively disseminate information, thereby expanding our coverage. Furthermore, I enjoy having the autonomy to select our own influencers, which gives us greater control over our social media strategy. The listening element of Sprout Social is immensely beneficial, as it helps us identify emerging trends and assists in crisis communication. Additionally, I find Sprout Social to be very user-friendly, even for individuals without extensive social media experience, ensuring that its basic functionalities are easy to use for everyone on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more sessions on building out the listening capabilities and not have an customer experience manager at an additional cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social creates digestible reports, supports employee advocacy to widen coverage, and offers autonomy in influencer selection. It is user-friendly even for those with minimal social media experience.
All-in-One Publishing and Review Platform with Smart Message Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
How it seamlessly brings together publishing, reviewing and the ability to leave comments in one platform. Reports tools are clear and customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the smartbox - but there's a lot of instances where messages even though replied to doesnt show up as replied. I have to manually go into Meta to reply to the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team cordination - from scheduling posts, tracking analytics to customer support. All can be managed within one platform is what is benefiting our teams

It's easy to use and has all of the features I need.

There are multiple times that the connection to Meta drops and causes issues, but this is said to be a Meta issue.

Pulling analytics in one place saves a lot of time and effort. Being able to schedule everything in one place also helps.

What I like best about Sprout Social is its ease of use and straightforward implementation process, which make it simple to get started and onboard new team members. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to help. Its ease of integration with major social networks and other tools makes daily management seamless, and the frequency of use fits perfectly into our regular workflow for scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

While Sprout Social is feature-rich and easy to use, some of the advanced analytics and reporting tools can feel a bit limited for the price point. The platform can also be expensive for smaller teams, and there’s a slight learning curve when exploring deeper customization options. Aside from that, the overall experience remains positive and reliable.

It simplifies scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, saving time and improving team collaboration. Maybe almost too many tools? Need to sink more time into learning how to use the entire platform to its full potential.

All-in-One Marketing Solution with Excellent Support and Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has different facets that aid all marketing team members from reporting to publishing that provides support and insight into your social channels. It is easy to onboard and start the same day. It is port of my daily tools. I especially appreciate the addition of the app monitoring capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was something that I didnt like! I think the one piece missing is the ability to better sort folders for larger organizations and get a clearer cut org structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep a better overall pulse on our followers and customers. It helps us to look at our content and performance in a structure that helps us to pivot towards a better direction.

We focus on capturing consumer feedback and quality related trends. Sprout helps us resolve this with putting together multiple social profiles in one pod, narrowing down only items that are pertaining to customer care. We can then use tags to keep track of frequent topics or anything that needs immediate attention.
