Great for Work!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create a post and schedule it to go out over the weekend and not have to worry about work when I'm off the clock.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't schedule Instagram posts to properly go out in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling weekend posts are a definite benefit.
SproutSocial has been useful in many ways for my social media monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to pull monthly reports of our data quickly without having to bounce around to six or seven different sites. I have mainly been using it for that as well as our hashtag monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience can sometimes be glitchy and I haven't yet determined the exact causes. But I can certainly get through enough to make sure the commentary from a poster is not negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do wish there was a better way to see a monthly visual schedule of social. It's nice to see a week at a time but sometimes there's a need to make sure I haven't over delivered. A monthly view option would be a nice to have in the future.

Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is excellent! As someone who is brand new to Social Media Marketing, it has been excellent for me in scheduling content, pulling different reports to analyze, interacting with guests, staying caught up on trending content, and more. I like how the phone app instantly integrates with things I publish online as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have problems with posts failing due to the unique Sprout shorter links I have generated, and occasionally the app randomly closes out on me when I'm in the middle of creating a post. I also do not like how you cannot publish a series of photos in one Instagram post if you are using the online platform. You have to send a notification to an approved admin who can schedule it from a phone later. Other than that, I haven't had many issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves the most time for me in publishing content. It takes me a couple hours at the start of each week to schedule content for an entire week +, giving me significantly more time to do other responsibilities during my work hours. It's also nice to not have to lug my work laptop home each night because I can keep up with everything on the app. I like the short links that are generated for posts too, so my content doesn't get too wordy or hard to follow for the customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ease of use is great. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and it is a one stop shop for all of my social media needs!
Quick Glance Into My Daily Workload
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to see all my accounts in one screen and see which is getting more traffic and engagements and what the differences are on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram crashes and disconnects that occur quite frequently and even when things are corrected they seem to revert back to the same old situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Competition and how they use their social media and how I can improve mine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Takes a couple of hours to learn all the features and to get used to using for your own purpose. There's excellent youtube videos available as well if needed.
BIG FAN of Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social is always improving and seeking out ways to help their customers be successful. The product is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sprout Social is one of the best products in our tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can not stress enough how helpful it is to have all of our social media activities in one place. There are increasingly fewer instances where we need to visit a social channel directly to post or respond. Sprout INSTANTLY improved my LIFE when I switched from our previous vendor two years ago. I
Sprout Social Is A Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and great for having all your social content in one place. The tagging feature in Reporting is our most helpful feature, allowing us to manage multiple different service links efficiently. There's also a mobile app which is great for social media on-the-go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is more costly and some of the necessary features - like social listening - is an incremental fee. Customer Service sometimes is slow to respond/solve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media monitoring, analyzing and publishing for multiple different service lines. Our company is very report-driven, so that feature is so valuable to us.

Definitely consider Sprout Social if you manage social channels for multiple clients.
Everything you need and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The two best things about Sprout: It is easy to use and has all of the features that you actually use. The difference in this tool over the past 2 years is remarkable, it went from a tool that I thought was barely able to work for an enterprise to one that fits our needs perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do more with custom reporting, specifically around the content tags. Right now, I have to export the data into CSV files and work with the raw data to get what I am looking for with pivot tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Sprout is time savings. We have turned reporting from days to minutes... and without the huge cost of other tools.
Keeping Organized for a Small Department
What do you like best about the product?
I think we found using sprout most helpful for publishing. The publishing tool made it easy for one worker to create a post, and then allow the department leader to approve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools with sprout. I think sometimes it can be overwhelming for someone that doesn't know how to use the program, but overall it is more helpful than it is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to stay organized and get a posting schedule. Realized that seeing our numbers and analytics was helpful, along with researching hashtags and seeing how to optimize growth.

Take sometime to learn the program so that you can use it to your best ability. It has a lot to offer and can helpful in optimizing growth of any organization.
