Sprout is a helpful tool for my agency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that sprout allows us to aggregate many posts for our clients at once. Some of our larger clients in the consumer products industry find the hashtag monitor very helpful for finding influencers and people using their products for sharable content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesn't always make sense for our smaller clients where it is is easier to go directly to the platform itself for posting. Overall, I don't have many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage many social media clients all at once. We are able to share with our clients exactly what their social media calendar looks like well ahead of time in an attractive and easy to see manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a growing marketing agency or your an organization of any considerable size you should consider using Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, bulk scheduling social posts is my favorite feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more integrations with other platforms like Salesforce and Marketo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Images aren't clickable on LinkedIn when you schedule with Sprout sometimes, can't tag companies on LinkedIn (know this is a limitation of the LinkedIn API but still frustrating to have inconsistent posts across channels)

Take advantage of bulk scheduling and ideal send time

What do you like best about the product?
Social Media scheduling options, as well as the analytic reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I schedule things for Facebook there is a lag from the time I scheduled it until the time it actually posts. A few times I have posted on Facebook directly thinking there was an issue with Sprout Social and then it appears after and now I have two of the same posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytical reports are extremely helpful for us. We can go as generic as Turf Valley's life span since we joined Sprout Social, or as specific as the last month and what posts are performing best / current audience demographics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Sprout Social is a great platform if you're looking for something to assist with your social media management. When I came on board, we had no platform in place and I found Sprout Social to be the best one to assist me with both scheduling and analyzing our progress / what we could change.

Comprehensive Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for integrating most of our social media platforms, scheduling content, and checking comments or direct messages. We consolidate all our work, planning, and team collaboration into one place. I like that they're constantly updating their platform and improving the flow of things for social media managers like myself who have to manage many different channels and mediums simultaneously. Their latest integrations with Reddit are crucial, especially their support for profiles and subreddits. I find the AI capabilities beneficial, saving me time as I don't have to manually hunt down captions or transcripts. The initial setup was very easy with lots of additional customization, and I appreciate how it works with other tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to add a few moderator only seats to the profile, or staff members to only check comments and not have full access, but the seats cost the same no matter the role or responsibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to consolidate work and planning across all social media channels, integrating platforms, scheduling content, and improving team collaboration. The AI capabilities, like video captions, save me time by eliminating the need to manually create or find them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time with the trial, and be sure to explore Bambu while you're at it.

Perfect for the enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is great for our business because multiple brands can roll up under the same account allowing for simplified administration and management. The ability to add/remove users is simple and there are lots of options for permission control. Creating and publishing features are always getting enhanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
With lots of reporting options, it is sometimes hard to find the right report to tell the story. This could just be a training issue on my part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social for all brands through one platform makes reporting much easier. It reduced the amount of time for data gathering and trend analysis significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hashtag Listening is okay I guess. Also, at least the Emojis work - I had other content management tools didn't have that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continuing problems with Tags. One of our most important clients has problems regarding tags with postings and we can't solve it yet. Many times, the support couldn't help, so we just use Creator Studio with many clients for now. It just makes less problems. Other examples: Event tagging doesn't work, Asset Library sometimes doesn't show up and sometimes, the pages suddenly disconnect. All things considered, many important things just doesn't work and we don't get the help we need to make it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can't really say much about it. I have mostly negative experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple client accounts simple. The scheduling, reporting, and inbox features are intuitive and save time. Reports are clear enough for clients, and the ability to compare profiles or campaigns helps track performance easily. Collaboration tools and post approvals are also efficient for agency workflows. No one touches the approval workflow that Sprout offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more competitve price-wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, the approval workflow feature that lets us approve content internally before sending it to clients for final review. No one else has this (that I have found). It is easy to set up multiple client accounts and view them at a glance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout has it all! We really like that fact that is it so customizable. The reports are great. The calendar easy to use and most of all the collaboration tools really help internally, as well as externally. The price is great for everything we get.

What do you like best about the product?
I have recommended Sprout Social to my clients for the last few years, as it's robust, user-friendly and easy to manage. Once you have a certain volume of social channels to manage, Sprout Social is really the best way to stay on top of everything that's happening, with deep and customizable reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there's anything I dislike. It's not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best value I see in Sprout Social are in two areas - the ability to easily stay on top of all of your content, past and future and the versatile analytics. The reporting is easy to manage and understand. Great for when you're putting together numbers to show ROI for your efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least give the 7 day trial a chance, to see if it suits you. It's a great way to take a test drive and experience it for yourself.

-Sometimes Instagram has been unreliable, but it seems to be fixed.
-Instagram is currently not linking up properly in reporting
-I wish the pricing was a bit more affordable for some of the premium features

-Keeping Track of engagements and campaigns.
-Seeing what works for each platform individually and combined
-Customer service: If a specific problem arises I use key words to check and see.
-Over the weekends, I used to have trouble keeping up and posting, now I can schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very clean interface. Everything is well organized and I've never had a problem with reporting, connections, etc.

I feel that it's a little expensive compared to other services out there.

Sprout Social excels at social media analytics and management. We also love the hashtag monitoring as it keeps us on top of our clients' competition.

It's one of the better SM management tools out there.
