Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
Huge help in social media management. Great to be able to set and post instagram without having to manually do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say I directly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to schedule my social media marketing further out. I have realized this makes it easier for me to schedule for weeks rather than just days.
A central hub for social media engagement and influence
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a customer of Sprout Social for many years and use it extensively. Instead of monitoring each social media feed, I can use the dashboard of Sprout Social to gauge my KPIs and post on all platforms from the same channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have enough time to harness the many other benefits of Sprout Social
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting, measuring KPIs of influence and engagement, increase in followers.

Seems intuitive - but still some things to work out
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it seems simple - the design is nice and clean and it's easy to find things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system doesn't seem to update very quickly when I enter information. If I add a post, I have to refresh the calendar to make sure that the post is actually scheduled. In the draft view, when I push things out for approval, the posts move down the queue - so if I step away and come back, I have a hard time remembering where I was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a month's worth of posts and approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, everything. How user-friendly and organized the platform is; how responsive the customer care team is; our account rep Alli Shefelbine.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I can think of is having to schedule both of our Twitter accounts separately - we have a US account and a Canadian account. Example: when we go to schedule a tweet that we want to post on both our US and Canadian account, we cannot select both Twitter accounts at the same time. We have to select the US account, input the post details and schedule the post. Then, log into our Canadian account and do the same.
That's really the only thing I can think of at this time!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being much more organized; being able to schedule posts on most, if not all, of our social platforms; being able to view and resolve many more messages, mentions and tags that we wouldn't normally be able to find; Sprout Social helps with keeping our customer service on point because we can quickly locate an issue and resolve it.

Sprout Social gives me the ability to manage multiple accounts seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some trouble with account management. I wanted to add more profiles and felt last upselling me was more important than helping me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross-channel posting, tracking engagement, and scheduling efficiently.
Very good, solved my SM issues.

I love that you can schedule ahead of time. I like being able to tag as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging does not alway work and I find that frustrating. I also use onlypult for IG and wish you could integrate something like that.

There's the occasional wonkiness of calendar placement when scheduling a tweet, etc.

Real-time engagement with those interacting with our brand.

Intuitive and easy to use, and it's priced right to achieve an ROI.
Easy to use- Great for Instagram.
What do you like best about the product?
For Instagram posting you can easily schedule stories and on feed posts, you can add first comment. It's a definite win over other platforms.

Story scheduling still is a reminder at the time to post and has to be more of a manual process. If there was a way for it to be automatic it obviously would be more desirable.

It makes scheduling posts and creating our content calendar and plan easy to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow content calendars by the platform that show just the creative - for example, being able to see what your Instagram feed and board will look like would be key in scheduling.
Good Content Organizing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social for organizing, scheduling and automatically publishing content across Facebook and Twitter. It's a great starter tool for brands large or small looking to get serious about their messaging and interactions. Speaking of interactions, their streamlined inbox is pretty much the blueprint for other 3rd party publishing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social delivers pretty lightly on reporting and analytics. If you'd like a high level view of how your social accounts are doing in one platform, this is a great option. Gleaning deep insights from this may be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining our content publishing and using automation where possible. This is a major benefit to a team of just one!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram is a breeze and the messages feed that combines all three channels makes community management easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small nitpick, but it takes a bit of effort to sort through the crowded messages feed if you don't take the time to set up keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to communicate with more guests via keyword searches which has increased our crm and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The single social messaging feed and keyword searches are easier to focus on than the multiple columns that similar services use.
