What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule all networks at once and see all comments/messages in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there really are any - I would say that Instagram autoposting without authentication would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and monitoring social channels, reporting on all networks to show progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that can do a lot within a reasonable budget, this is it.

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing and reporting features are the features we use most often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the listening feature at all nor do we use the content suggestion features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The metrics have given us much better insight into what posts are working for our clients and which aren't. That way we can continually improve their strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Sprout is a must-have for social media marketing agencies because it pulls everything into one space while also keeping each client organized. For individual users, if you are really focused on social media marketing and using it to build your business, it is a great tool to keep track of how your social media accounts are performing and who is responding.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail in info you can find
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow upload of follower count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for when I'm not in the office (nights, weekends, PTO). Being able to compare month to month analytics.

Easy Monitoring, On Top of Latest Activity

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Sprout Social is clean and one of my favorite features. Navigating around is very easy, as it's a simple platform. I like the messages page, in that it refreshes with the latest posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent update has made Reviews its own tab at the top of your fed. Previously, reviews were integrated into your Messages feed. Now, I have an extra step to read submitted reviews, and I am not as timely on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, Sprout Social helps us solve timely response rate. We are able to generate almost live conversations with our customers, and this is a huge benefit for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to stay on top of your pages recent activity, I highly recommend Sprout Social. We are able to communicate with our customers instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage all of our clients from one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish competitive reports were more helpful in terms of what data was accessible.
Would like to be able to further customize reports (some of the percentage calculations can be confusing to clients and it would be nice to remove them --we have already called Sprout support numerous times on this).
We'd like a future drag and drop feature so you could organize your grid accordingly.
We get logged out of our accounts on our phone frequently.
Notifications to post don’t always come through
The scheduling and drafting content feature is a little clunky in terms of not being able to drag and drop, and the way you see or don’t see drafted posts. It would also be cool if you could see your IG grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage all of our clients from one dashboard.

Fantastic Sharing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience of Sprout Social, as well as the excellent support they provide to get you up and running. Exceptional experience, done the way I'd want it to be done, and even more so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a good bit lost at times feeling like I do not maximize all that it has to offer. The intro help was wonderful, but it was so much in such a short amount of time, and I didn't even have a lot of time or space to think about it all at that time. I could really use more setup support ongoing ......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out demographics of who is following and engaging with what is a huge benefit. Problems? Only when Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook require me to reauthenticate. Also, sometimes I do still get lost in the reports .....
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! The customer support is impeccable and will help every step of the way. It's worth the try and learning it.

Social made easy

What do you like best about the product?
So many things: all our accounts (100+) in one place, excellent customer service, simple and intuitive UI, new features being added by user request, and a very usable mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike. I've used competitor products, and Sprout beats them all. Minor issues we have with Sprout include: an inability to schedule multiple images (carousel) to one post, can't tag people in images for posts, can only schedule automated reports for Mondays or end of the month (let me pick my day!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us reduce our time spent managing 100+ social accounts for our franchises across the country. It allows us to track their social efforts, provide advice to improve output, monitor inbound messages and resulting correspondence, and ensure all messages are replied to. Also the ability to schedule corporate messaging and posts to all franchise accounts is a massive timesaver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into the top competitors, do 1-3 product demo calls to flush out answers to questions you didn't know in advance, and do the trial (and dedicate time to using the platform during this trial period).

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple social media postings at once. The ability to schedule a single post to several social media channels at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to rewrite over the meta data Sprout pulls in. It becomes time-consuming to re-enter that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. We have little time to spent on social. This helps us schedule our posts on FB, IG and LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, it's been working. Then it stopped. 3 out of our 5 accs stopped posting. I followed the steps, asked for customer service and then they just send me another article.
What do you dislike about the product?
That customer service "send me an article" and doesn't take the time to actually help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a debatable question. Whether its actually solving anything now. I'm actually considering influencing the decision-maker to take our money to a different platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of Sprout, the fact that they are always adding new features, and the customer service is incredible - I email them all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layouts are confusing. For example, I want to schedule a draft post on the calendar. There are some times that scheduler calendar will show up on my screen and sometimes it doesn't. I'm trying to utilize the post statuses to sort drafts and the flow of that is a bit unnatural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together social platforms for our clients. We also love using the reporting functions as it's very easy to screenshot and selectively share analytics with clients in a clean, visual way. Creating and editing posts with my team inside the platform is cool but needs to be more straightforward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please let me know the most efficient way to create posts in Sprout, edit and manipulate them with my team, get approval from my admin and from our client's team as well. In the past, we had been creating and editing posts in a Word doc because it was easier.
