I like Sprout - mostly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts in advance is helpful. The reporting features are nice as well. I still use the recommended time to post feature but I'm not sure it's effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app crashes constantly. Often, after receiving a notification, I'm meet with a black screen that freezes my phone.
When writing a post that requires tagging in specific platforms, it must be done separately.
Randomly, posts won't go thru.

Sprout Saved My Social Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The Publishing and Reporting feature of Sprout literally saved my business' social media strategy. Prior to joining Sprout, we really struggled to not only come up with impactful campaigns but we were also not able to measure how well they really did. The Publishing aspect of Sprout allows us to plan a month out for social and ensure that we have enough content going out on each medium. The Reporting tool helps us see what campaigns did well and what ones we have to work on more in the future. I also very much like the addition of the Reviews tab, as my business is one that is reviewed online often and each review needs to be replied to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the Listening tab. That's not really Sprout's fault, it's just not that pertinent to my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of not being able to plan an entire month ahead for social media content. We realized the benefit of planning ahead and being able to adapt to current trends. We also solved the problem of not being able to truly measure a campaign's success through the Reporting tab.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While Sprout is an added cost to the business, the efficiency that it provides the social media team with is unparalleled and well worth the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall integration with each platform is good. Understands nuances of each platform and publishing options change for each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally scheduled content does not post in a timely manner (especially to twitter).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting organic social posts for all platforms in once place. Much more productive than accessing each platform. Allows us to schedule content ahead of time.
Great for Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use several different tools and I find Sprouts reporting to be the best. They provide a high level overview that’s perfect for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t use it for scheduling very much as I find it more difficult to use than Later which I like for the visualization - especially for Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the hashtag reporting and the demographic data. It helps to see who your followers are and who you should be targeting.
Good Social Media Scheduling and Reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great reporting tool to completely view all our corporate social media channels. The scheduling tool is efficient and intuitive for placing corporate content from our content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
An ideal future state would be a more infused relationship with the social media platforms, custom reporting functionality we self-created field and AI intelligence to provide insight

What do you like best about the product?
Thus far it is seamless, and for the most part has been flawless with subsequent use. I really like it and the integration works like a charm with various brands. It is a product that I would highly recommend to all my colleagues, and associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. There is nothing I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diner issues, complains and support varying with individual needs. Please be advised that a customers need vary and also to the degree of the solution which is predicated on what the initial outreach is. Most if not all result in a solution that is acceptable. Engaging with customers through this platform is most helpful and very innovative.

I highly recommend it because of its ease of use, and cutting edge technology.
Saving my life one scheduled post at a time
What do you like best about the product?
SMART INBOX <3 Schedule + Duplicate! So simple but genius. I also enjoy being able to schedule posts to Instagram. And the cross channel reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule to Instagram accounts that aren't business accounts without assigning the "publisher". In addition, wish I could schedule Instagram stories from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, choosing the best times to push content, strategically planning posting across 17 sports, interacting with followers quicker across profiles/channels and staying organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout Social has made life so much easier when managing social media for an athletic department with 17+ sports. It allows us to incorporate every Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page for each of our sports. The smart inbox allows you to interact with your followers in a single place helping your social media manager stay up-to-date with retweets, likes and comments. It also brings in your direct messages to keep everything in one place. I would highly recommend becoming a Sprout Social user to anyone in university athletics!

One-stop Shop for any Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, I need to operate multiple accounts, schedule their posting, and track how those posts are doing. I love that I can do that all on one user-friendly platform with all the analytics I need. I'm also a huge fan of the "messaging" center where I can respond to all my incoming messages on all platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features for Instagram. I post carousel and videos often, which don't have an easy automation for posting so I have to instead do it through the app regularly, taking away from my scheduling system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have finally been able to track our followers (and loss of followers) being able to capitalize on our busy seasons and low seasons within our Instagram community, which makes it easier for me to strategize my content throughout the seasons.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While choosing social media management platforms, Sprout Social was the best at providing everything I needed. It is user-friendly and has abundant analytics. As a small organization, this was the best choice knowing we can upgrade our account to obtain more features as our organization also grows.
In short, absolutely amazing.

Oh man, just one thing?! Well, in that case...I love Sprout's reporting. It's extremely easy to read and process, as well as intuitive and helpful. Within a glance, I can see all of the top things I need to know that I didn't even know that I needed to know.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. I would love to utilize the platform more with my team, but the cost per user is just a bit extreme. It would be great to have a team pricing option to allow more people the ability to be on the account for a lower cost.

Scheduling and planning out posts. This has always been difficult for us as an organization, but Sprout has made it easy for us to plan better and schedule out posts with ease.
