What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature has really simplified things for me and made my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the listening tool cumbersome, but that could be due to a lack of proper training on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes posting on several social media channels simple and the reporting functions save me time. I no longer need to go into each social platform to get analytics.

The analytical dashboard is super easy to use and comprehend! In addition, I thoroughly enjoy the lay out of the content calendar.

Little bugs here and there, but nothing crazy. Every website has them!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the best all-around social media management tool I've come across. We have tested multiple other social media management tools, and Sprout has consistently proven to be the best. We are a 3-year customer and just renewed for another year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - it works great for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging, reporting, publishing. Saving time and making us more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been really handy for measurement in particular. LinkedIn native metrics only go back a year and its great to have retroactive data in Sprout. It find it super easy to use and like the fact that you get a link shortener included. The company also really enjoys the advocacy platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that my accounts occasionally disconnect and its a little manual to go through that process of reconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us measure the success of our social media program to better understand our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The clear and straightforward user interface makes Sprout Social both incredibly easy to learn, and incredibly efficient to use once you are comfortable with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tailored metrics to review performance within the platform, such as breaking down specific times of posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Sprout Social helps solve is organizing our social calendar based on regularly scheduled content and special events.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a great tool to keep our social media organized. We are able to see the analytics from social media quickly. We use Sprout Social for all of our social media posts across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggle to tag people in posts has been frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our social media needs in one place, keeping the team organized.
