Great All Around Social Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social was easy to set up. As an agency, creating groups and team collaboration is a breeze, making different social campaigns easy to manage.

The smart inbox tool has been great to use with groups as well. It allows our teams to deliver timely responses and interact with visitors and followers more efficiently.

The reports are very intuitive, from tracking our efforts to understanding what is happening with competitors and within the industry with keyword listening.

There is also great training and an extensive knowledge base to help learn all of the ins and outs.
I feel we've only scratched the surface with this tool and am excited to get more use out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Facebook group publishing. Would be great to be able to filter twitter streams. I would really like to use the listening tool but advanced listening is rather pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using Sprout Social has been team collaboration. I have seen other features on other platforms, but the team workflow on Sprout has been the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great social media management tool, especially for agencies looking for more team collaboration, automation, and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
We run a multitude of social media sites, so it's great to have a central location to create and schedule. Love the calendar features. Overall, a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my posts do not get posted - especially to Instagram. There is not really anything I don't like about it. I think the pricetag is a little high per user. We are a pretty small organization and I would like to see at least 2 seats for $99/mos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social team has become extremely efficient and organized with the addition of Sprout to our toolbox. Once again, nice to have a central location to manager social media activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, you'll find a solution that fits your needs. For us, it was Sprout.

Sprout does it all!

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Sprout because it provides a "one-stop-shop" for our Community Management needs. We use Sprout to respond to all of our social inquiries through FB, IG, and Twitter. We also use it to schedule and publish all of our social content, as well as to analyze our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's no grid feature to preview and draft our posts in an Instagram grid before we schedule them. We wish the scheduling feature, in general, was more user-friendly. It's slightly difficult to track which posts are going out and when. We also wish there were other ways to calculate engagement as well as track our competitors highest engaging posts. Currently, Sprout only displays the top 3. We also wish they offered a link in bio feature as multiple scheduling platforms do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables us to keep our social communities engaged. We also save time by scheduling all of our posts in advance for each platform.

Ask for a demo and see if it covers all of your needs

Reliable, Every-Expanding and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get started with Sprout. Plus, once you get through the basics, it is always introducing new tools within the platform that continually make it more powerful and more fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more media and internet monitoring for keywords, preferable across multiple social platforms and general search engines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making new relationships within our industry and learning more about our current and potential partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy to stay ahead of your content calendar. The easy scheduling feature has excellent tools, including tags. This makes it easy to manage future content but also keep track of past content. This is the most obvious best feature, but the fact that the platform enables you to monitor and respond to comments across platforms is also awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprout to support video uploads to Pinterest as well as the ability to add a title. It would also be nice to add Trip Advisor as a publishable platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes the review process of content between agencies/ content creators and managers/supervisors flow very nicely. The approval function allows an additional double check to look out for typos.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will help you tremendously in your effort to manage your ever-growing presence on social media. Highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a great tool that helps us separate the management of our client's social media profiles. It helps us plan far in advance using the calendaring tool. It also helps us effectively utilize social media growth tools like influencers and hashtags by being able to plug those into our captions in advance. We can do pretty much anything in Sprout, so it eliminates the need for us to go to multiple platforms to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious to approve posts with clients because they have to approve post by post. It also can be hard to find old posts that have been rejected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating errors, figuring out what content types work the best, and figuring out what resonates the most with their audience

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is great! We enjoy how easy and user friendly it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
However the only thing we have had issues with is keeping Instagram connected but we think that has more to go with the platform itself rather than Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, scheduling in advance, the ability to communicate with team members and the ability the work on sprout via mobile

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Sprout combines community management tools with scheduling makes for much more timely response to customers. Not only are we not running to different platforms to juggle all the comments, but we can type responses right then and there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's reporting features could use some work. Pinterest analytics are not very robust, and Twitter numbers do not match the native profile numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is key with Sprout !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price out all the different tools you're using and see if adding them up you end up with the price of Sprout. Also evaluate the time saved in determining if Sprout is right fo ryou.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing social posts across all channels through one web medium, instead of multiple.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the site is down customer service representatives are not present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social posts across all channels from two company accounts, social listening, and analytics. This all in one service provides up to date on my campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, our agency sees the biggest benefit when it comes to scheduling and reporting. Our clients are always impressed with our monthly reports and how clean and all-incompassing they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, notifications from Sprout regarding account reactivations, content that failed to post, etc. aren't sent in a timely fashion. In a few instances, disconnections have affected reports and left us having to pull missing data on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has absolutely saved our team time. From scheduling and drafting to monitoring and reporting, it's made each task easier.
