Great for All Things Social
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Sprout Social is the reporting/analytics dashboards. It is great to see all your channels in one place - the customized dashboards make it super easy to answer questions on the effectiveness of channels and their posts. Obviously the social management publishing feature of the individual posts is great as well. Being able to plan ahead and have the flexibility to change content or timing on the fly is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the listening tool wasn't so expensive. I think it would be a very useful tool, but currently we do not have the budget for it. Also some of the reporting for the paid media might be a little behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to pivot as necessary based on performance of particular channels or posts in real time. Reaching our social media KPIs has never been easier as we now have the information we need to make informed decisions on future posts. It is particularly helpful for paid social, where we know how much we need to spend to get to a certain level of engagement across all our channels.

If you are using multiple social channels, you should be using Sprout Social to ensure you are using them all to their upmost potential!
Robust Social Media Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing queue, comprehensive reports, suggested publishing times, and post previews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook integration leaves something to be desired, so I generally publish directly in Facebook instead of Sprout (which is extra work). I also wish we could boost FB posts via Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The calendar view allows me to see my client's progress. Sprout Social's reports are robust and allow me to provide amazing stats to my clients.
Excellent for smaller non-profits, missing some competitive features.
What do you like best about the product?
The features I find most helpful are the reporting capabilities, measurement analytics, message management and Instagram support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to research topics and profiles as thoroughly as some other programs leaves much to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay on top of a large team of content creators at various levels to manage their postings and review their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It represents files and facts on the dashboard in very vibrant and.active manner. There is very much flexibility and smooth running of the tools. It provides very powerful CRM. You will surely like the desk managing capabilities of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can add multiple users at a single time but it will limitize the services and speed of the software. It will become hectic t work with slow module. Keyword monitoring is very much Important on social media and this facility is limited at the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For small and medium size businesses it is always difficult to manage social media activities. It was very much time taking, costly and hectic job. But nowadays it becomes an easy task. There are several tools for such kind of business activities. Sprout social is one of the tools. It is very reliable and flexible tool for social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view my whole queued social calendar in weekly and monthly formats. The smart timing tool also is helpful when pre-planning my posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easiest to reply to a comment/tweet/etc straight from the platform. Also, while the integration with Facebook is great, I can't pre-plan shared posts which would be fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see my whole post calendar and track all of our notifications! I also love the analytics to see overall trends and ensure I'm moving my brand forward.

Sprout social provides you best social media management platform for your business and brands. It helps you optimizing your accounts. It has features for story in a snap. It create customer content. It helps you to compete with your competitors. Provides best search engines and links. It has well organized interface with dashboard which provides you easy access to different features. It provides you create reports, discoveries, publishing your posts, feedbacks, creating tasks and messages. It helps you easy way of finding contents. It helps you scheduling your social media posts. One of the best use of this platform, it provides you option to set specific time for your posts and days whenever you want it to be posted it will be posted on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is very high. It has limited social media platforms to be integrated with. You can only have four social media accounts at a time. If you need more apps it will cost more fees. It is very expensive for teams because the more people you need to interact with the more you have to pay. If you need YouTube or apps like Pinterest you must need another platform because it does not offer you these two apps integration. Cannot give you access directly to the internet. It does not provide you group publishing in face book or LinkedIn. It does not provide you side by side streams. It only provides you limited filtering. You cannot give access of different account to single person in sprout social. It reports for your issue but not so good. Sometimes problems are not solved properly.

Sprout social is a platform to manage all the social media accounts for business and also provides you best optimization for your brands and business. It provides you single hubs to get you access to publishing your products and post to social media sites. It provides you best analyzing for your all social media accounts and keep you engage to your all social media profiles. It helps you know about industry trending. It tells you about what people require these days. You can set your business and brands according to it. Simply it helps you in business intelligence. It also provides you competitive analyzing for your brand. It helps you bring marketability for your business.

By and large it is user friendly and you can handle multiple platforms in one source.

Excellent social media scheduling and analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love to schedule posts across all our social media platform. Being able to also add geo-locations helps out a lot, not to mention the different tags! Of course the Instagram First Comment section is an added bonus and helps out A LOT!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest..maybe find a way to add TikTok? Also what about IGTV Videos, when can we start scheduling them? And finally, IG Stories, let's get this going too as scheduling Stories can help out too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems related to scheduling of content, being able to build our brand, and being able to just put our best creative work forward!

You can't go wrong as it will be very useful to your team. You will be able to finally get your social media game started and start producing consistent and useful content on the go.
As for features, the feature of being able to add your Instagram First Comment is important in this day and age, so you can put all your different 30 main #hashtags !

Easy to schedule - could use some upgrades
What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprout Social is great for teammates - especially when we're not in the same time zone and/or office space. The listening tool (previously was a separate tool outside of Sprout) is a really fantastic in-depth way to access what is being said about your brand - good, bad, and neutral - and helps develop a starting point for your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that Instagram is always changing its algorithm, I understand this maybe isn't possible, but back to my point above about not always having teams in the same timezone, it would be great to not have to have a publisher - as in, once a post has been approved in the workflow, it would automatically go live, instead of having a publisher need to go back and take time to post (especially if it's not in their work hours)

If you're looking for a great social listening tool, Sprout is great! If you're looking for something to complete all your posting strategy in one place, it could use some additional features. You can't run campaigns, ads, etc. from this platform, but it's great for the use of organic posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I even begin? The synchronized inbox between platforms, the ease in reading and reporting analytics, the publishing. It's all so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post to stories or select the cover image for a video. DM's don't come into Sprout and I so wish they did!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to come up with a clear social strategy for my brand and multiple accounts. Messages aren't falling through the cracks.

Just commit. Don't let the financial's scare you. If you're looking for a tool to optimize the use of social media and digital marketing, Sprout has just about everything you could ask for.
