Effortless Social Management, But UTM Posting Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage all social channels in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
For UTM purposes, I have to post the same image and caption 3 separate times for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta. It's time consuming. I wish I could just post them at the same time and the UTMs would be separate for the platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes is easy to keep our small team of 4 in sync and on point with our social media posts and growth strategies. Gaining approvals is easy especially when working remote. I love the built in reports to track what's working best so I can replicate those efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd rather comment on directly in the platform rather than through Sprout. Feels more authentic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team the analysis to show the value of our work. It helps us track progress and growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Sprout to schedule my posts. It makes tracking social media comments, likes, and other interactions much easier. The customer support team has also been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that the sheer number of features can sometimes feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems it addresses is content scheduling and consistency across platforms. With Sprout, I can plan and publish posts seamlessly, which is especially helpful when managing leadership social content or coordinating with global partners.
It also solves the issue of tracking performance and engagement. The analytics are clear and customizable, making it easy to report on what’s working and where we can improve—whether it’s for internal updates or strategic planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the analytics features. With Sprout, I can quickly access valuable and relevant data that helps guide my content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a significant concern. As a small business owner, I find it difficult to justify the cost of Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it incredibly easy for me to schedule content for several clients on different platforms. It saves me a significant amount of time!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social scheduling tool and the reviews platform. We have integrated it with Tableau and love that feature. We also are working on integrating the AI features more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything specifically I dislike! I think it's a very comprehensive platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to standardize our reviews procedure with our operations team and schedule out all our content far in advance. I love being able to see all the content at once too, instead of having to rely on the apps themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is, allowing me to navigate and utilize its features with minimal training. The software's layout, including logical button and icon placement, ensures an intuitive experience. I'm particularly impressed by its ability to streamline social media activities such as scheduling posts in advance and sharing drafts with clients for their approval before they go live. The functionality that allows me to manage and respond to comments and messages from various platforms all at once is invaluable, ensuring efficient community engagement without missing customer interactions. I find the AI response feature for comments and messages to be a significant asset, as it tailors the tone to suit each situation. Additionally, the reporting capabilities of Sprout Social stand out. I love that it consolidates data across platforms into a beautifully readable format, making client communication and reporting seamless. Essentially, it saves me considerable time and effort by consolidating all my needs into one efficient tool, making manual posting for numerous clients and platforms a thing of the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for drafted posts to have a toggle schedule now/stay drafted button without having to open the editing screen again when you're viewing in the publishing calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social streamlines scheduling and managing social posts, enhances client collaboration with approvals and reports, and centralizes engagement across platforms. It saves time in handling multiple accounts and provides AI-assisted responses for better communication.

I really enjoy using Sprout Social and have no complaints at all. Everything about it works well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media channels and a complex content schedule used to be a very time consuming and difficult process. Sprout Social has made this process much more centralized and efficient, which in turn has helped our accounts grow followers and increase engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule as many posts as needed for different clients as someone who works in a marketing agency as well as key report data that i use each quarter to report back to my team !
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some bugs and lacks some freedom, sometimes adding location doesn't work properly when scheduling a post, also you cant tag other users if its a video, but still its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to schedule every single post for different brands by hand, recommending a posting time and giving me direct analytic data, it saves me so much time.
