What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is extremely intuitive, making navigation simple, and the included tools genuinely help you enhance and optimize both your business's organic and paid social campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate the ability to create posts for multiple platforms within a single form, while still taking advantage of each platform’s optimized posting times. It would be great not to have to duplicate and update the post separately for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate being able to schedule posts across different platforms and take advantage of optimized publication times tailored to each one. This feature allows me to organize my clients' organic social content for an entire month, which saves me a significant amount of time compared to posting manually on each platform every day.
Overall, a helpful tool for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social allows us to centralize content planning, publishing, and analytics across platforms. It enables me to schedule posts, monitor mentions and conversations in real time, and track performance metrics for each post, which ultimately makes it easier to coordinate messaging across channels, maintain brand consistency and measure our engagement and reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the high cost per user/seat and the steep learning curve for the platform since it makes it a harder sell to the wider communications team, who are already reluctant to learn or use a new platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Sprout Social is solving is content management and categorization, which allows us to keep our messaging organized and consistent. It's also beneficial to be able to do a deep dive into analytics that span years, especially since the post analytics on social platforms tend to be limited to a year.

The two big areas we use Sprout for are social media scheduling and analytics. Having Sprout helps coordinate team activity and demonstrate value of organic social media.
Sprout Social: Crucial for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social daily, and its scheduling, reporting, and smart inbox features truly help streamline my work as a Social Media Manager handling multiple platforms, a large volume of content, and numerous mentions. I can rely on Sprout to post my content accurately, on time, and efficiently. The platform is very intuitive, and whenever I need assistance, I know my representative is always available to help. I also value that they actively listen to their community and implement product updates that Social Media Managers not only want, but genuinely need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the API integrations that are not available in Sprout can be frustrating, such as the inability to directly like posts on Instagram through the Smart Inbox. However, I haven't encountered many issues that significantly disrupt my workflows. Aside from that, the mention tagging feature can also be annoying, as it occasionally fails to pull the correct LinkedIn page. Additionally, using the tag feature and retrieving all content associated with specific tags is not as straightforward as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps reduce some of the stress that comes with being a Social Media Manager who is responsible for everything from posting and scheduling to reporting and designing. It makes managing these varied tasks feel more manageable and organized.
Insightful Campaign Tracking Makes Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to be able to see the other brand campaigns that creators have already done
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to to verify the ethnicity of a creator, which is often requested by brand for specific campaigns. Additionally, the location feature does not always work, you will add "US Only" and still be given creator options outside of the US, so you have to double check all of your lists manually, by each creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us access to creators to showcase that we can partner with for our campaigns, and it always us to sort them by the brand's ask, which is imperative to what we do.
Effortless Team Collaboration and Scheduling with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it’s very easy to use and navigate, and it allows for great team collaboration. The scheduling tools are especially user-friendly and reliable, making it simple to plan and manage posts across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one thing I dislike about Sprout Social is its AM/PM time system. It can sometimes cause confusion when scheduling posts, which may lead to content being shared at the wrong time. A 24-hour time format option would help avoid these kinds of mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the problem of managing different posts and coordinating a scheduling system with team members who have different agendas. It makes it much easier to organize and collaborate on content planning. The platform also allows me to easily keep track of all posts and ensure they are properly managed and administered.

Robust Analytics, But Posting is Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social platform analytics and understanding my overall audience better. It allows me to understand what posts are resonating with my audience and which ones aren't, and the end-of-month reporting analytics are helpful as well. I like the reporting analytics and the smart dashboard, which particularly allows me to check in on all of my engagement across platforms. This helps me prepare messaging better and have a grasp on the positive and negative comments our business may be receiving. The initial setup was easy enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think the Smart Inbox misses some important messages or the data is slightly behind on Sprout Social. Also, I do think that posting anything through Sprout is kind of a waste of time. It's much more complicated to post on Sprout Social than it is just to log on to the native platform to make a social post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to analyze social platform engagement, understanding what posts resonate with my audience. The smart dashboard helps manage engagement and sentiment, while end-of-month reporting simplifies analytics.
Effortless Post Management and Competitor Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use features like duplicating posts and viewing competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the fact that you still can't post 20 photos to Instagram carousels from the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple school social media accounts is so much easier using Sprout instead of individually posting to each app.
